If I could give negative stars I would. They messed up our coffee orders multiple times and we gave them very clear easy orders. It was so frustrating to the point where theyre remaking them and it still wasn’t correct and we gave up. Practically yelling no whipped cream and theyre still putting whipped cream on the coffee. No donuts while it’s still morning. The entire experience was utterly disappointing.

Wish I could review lower, there’s a reason why this place has so many bad reviews. The owner smells horrible and has awful hygiene. They charge 5 dollars for an Avacado toast and can’t even bother to fill the toast like they do at every other Dunkin. Too lazy to even place the bacon on top. Customer service is bad and the girls working there are bad mannered. When we asked if they could at least fill the toast with bacon they said no unless we paid more. They preferred to throw out all 3 toasts and refund the money rather than trying to fix the problem. What a waste of food, and time. Very unprofessional.

For being both understaffed and run by teenagers I would say that it’s not as bad as these reviews make it out to be. All the staff is really friendly and are willing to help/fix mistakes when made. Most of the time it is two kids working a lunch rush alone but they always seem to get the job done it just might take an extra minute or two. Can’t complain too much when it’s only fast food!! ♀️

one of the slowest drive throughs ive been in. i spent nearly 30 minutes in a line of cars waiting for my order. line moved maybe one car every 5-ish minutes it was awful there was no reason for it to be that slow especially when my coffee was bitter and stale and my sandwich was burnt.
