One of sandwiches was burnt. My wrap was still frozen in the middle. And all the cashier said was do you want me to put it back in? Like wow. I come here often and I have never been treated so poorly. Get better staff.

Snappy attitude from whoever was working the drive-thru and felt very rushed to hurry up and order. Potato rounds were basically soaked in grease so those went in the trash, didnt matter cause they comped my food for waiting more than 10 mins. Not even bothering coming back.

I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson on the 26th of october. I filled out all the info and said I would pick it up on the 31st. Got their on the 31st and no cake. The man who must have been the manager got loud with me when I told him I was their for the cake and told me they haven’t had a decorater for 6 days. I now have to find somewhere else to get a cake, not custom like I ordered, no time left. A call would have been nice

I drove back to my city… that’s why I ordered without ice, since my wife was eager to try it and I ordered a large ice coffee without ice specifically for her, as she wouldn’t be able to drink it immediately and this is the amount they provided.

Worker here for valentines day shut down the online ordering for the brownie batter doughnuts so people could call in to fairly get them. Online people were trying to order 10 dozen to keep others from getting them and they were very friendly and understanding to allow the order over the phone.

We walked into a Dunkin/Baskin Robins location where only 2 girls were working. The one who took our order was new I am assuming from her speed and forgetting us for almost 30 minutes. When we got our drinks one had to be remade because it turned into water from sitting. When we finally got our drinks they had very little coffee flavor and no flavor at all and just whip cream with the toppings. No more Dunkin for us. The girl in charge proceeded to say “this place makes me want to (placed hand to head like a pew pew” Maybe it wasn’t these girls fault, rather the management who needs to properly train and staff these establishments. This world is rough right now, $20 coffee should taste like its $20.

Just called and the person at Duncan donuts apparently not concerned with my complaint. Did not receive what I ordered and was greatly overcharged for small slice of pumpkin loaf. Was misleading in details on menu.

Love their drinks but very disappointed in service – hours state online they are open until 10pm, pulled into the drive thru at 9:10pm as there were 2 cars parked in front. No answer from the drive thru so pulled back to the front; doors locked, and two workers walked out and got into their cars without saying anything/no note saying they were closing early etc … super disappointing!
