If you get donuts – don’t expect them to be “Cream Filled”. At this location you get 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon MAX of vanilla cream or chocolate. I have been to this location Several times and I can honestly say this is what you should expect. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ Donuts with the same order and I’ve had excellent donuts with cream oozing 2-3 Tablespoons or more. Initially when Dunkin’ Donuts came to Bemidji I was excited to come in and see the same great donuts I have expected through the years. They have a pretty good prices but not the same expectation is throughout the United States. I suppose I thought it was just initially new staff … but it’s consistent minimal cream filling.

I’ve come to this place on a semi regular basis, and there’s almost always something. I often order ahead through the app, and even when I set the arrival time to be 5 or 10 minutes before I get there, it’s still not ready by the time I get there, despite the app telling me it is. Last time, I was there for 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready by. Not only that, but the staff and atmosphere are pretty unwelcoming most of the time. They also struggle to get my order right when I order through the app. They’ve gotten both my coffee and my food orders wrong mire than once. Honestly, until they fix these issues, I won’t be returning. Its just too much if a pain to deal with.

We ordered one regular coffee and one decaf coffee and they did NOT specify which coffee was which nor did they write anything on the cups. They also did not give us straws for our iced coffee so we had to ask for them as the guy was running back into the store after bringing our coffee without saying anything. The coffee cups were also not full and the coffee was also not the best to drink! Overall, not pleased with this experience of customer service at all.

It’s convenient, but if you’re on a time crunch don’t do it. They’re usually out of everything and it takes nearly twenty minutes for one coffee order, and 90% of the time it’s either incorrect or tastes like soap

Very dirty, you only got 3 different choices for donuts and you didn’t get to see them so you didn’t get to see what they looked like, the coffee was incredibly strong. The donuts were not good!
