Grabbed some coffee for my wife and me. I’m a regular, and the line is almost always short. Ethan, who works the drive-thru, is a superstar. He’s got what it takes and has amazing customer service skills and is a shoo-in for a promotion.

This place is an absolute must! Dunkin is an everyday choice of my sister and I, the workers there are so nice and they actually care! If you have any issues they will do the absolute most to fix them! They recommend me a refresher and now it’s my favorite! I definitely say try this place out for good prices and atmosphere.

Not sure if it’s just this Dunkin or if all Dunkins are doing this now, but the serving sizes are so tiny. Got hashbrowns, donut and maple bacon egg and cheese sandwich, plus a dunkalatte. The hashbowns were 5 tiny little circles, definitely not as much as I was expecting. The sandwich was really good, but small. The donut was decent but small. Not a lot of chocolate on it and a little dry too. The drink was really good, but all ice. Got a large and the cup was 80% ice, 20% drink. Thought I was getting enough to fill me up until dinner, but I’m barely satisfied. Probably for the best, I shouldn’t be eating this stuff anyway. Paid about 25$ with tip, got about 8 dollars worth of food.

Dunkin’ is my usual Tuesday morning stop on the way to the office and any other time I can squeeze in a stop. Ethan and his crew are always very friendly, offer fast service and great recommendations for new menu items to try. I always look forward to my next visit.

I understand that this location is new and very busy, but they can’t get the simplest things right here like frosting a donut. How hard could it be? I couldn’t even give the donuts away, they ended up in the trash! The frosting was a mess and not appealing at all. The glazed donuts had such a light amount of glaze that they tasted like slightly sweetened bread. The matcha tea was horrible!! It tasted like coffee. It’s not supposed to have any coffee in it. The matcha powder wasn’t even mixed into the drink either, just clumps of powder floating at the top. Even if the drink was right, the cup wasn’t even close to being full. I’ve been to several Dunkin Donuts and this one is by far the worst. I was really looking forward to have one close to home finally, but this is a complete disappointment.

Very good prices for coffee and sandwiches. Their bacon egg and cheese on a bagel was very tasty, as well as their french vanilla hot coffee. Dunkin’ is our new favorite coffee joint in town. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Dunkin’ staff, keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this place and all the friendly people they go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. The iced coffee and donuts are out of this world. My hubby is diabetic and hates sugar free but they figured out a way to make a coffee he absolutely loves. We will definitely be a regular when we’re in the brainerd area
