Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Every time I order the avocado toast with bacon, no bacon. There’s been many of times where I’ve had rude service and been yelled at for the store own mistakes. Today I thought I would try once again at this location. I ordered the new toxic ex-presso drink. They give me the drink it’s not mixed and the chocolate cold foam not there. I understand running out of a product, but changing it AFTER I paid, AND not asking if a substitution is okay is bad customer service. I should have been refunded for a drink made poorly and incorrectly, but yet I wasn’t.

The service is terrible. Waited at the front for 15 minutes to order and my friend ordered on the app 30 minutes ago and still waiting on food. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, and MORE TERRIBLE service. Soooo slow and when I went up to order food they said “we are really behind on food, is that ok”. The place is dirty and the line is out the door with no one sitting and eating. All the workers just being lazy. When we asked about our food and waiting over 30 minutes the worker just says “I don’t know”

Waited 30minutes for 6 donuts and one regular coffee. We were shorted one donut and received one flavor we didn’t order. After 30 minutes of all coffee orders waiting in a group, , employees noticed the coffee urn was empty and nobody had started a new brew ! First and last visit !

I absolutely love coming to this location! The staff are always so professional and courteous. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is always a good vibe. I get something different every time I come here and they never disappoint. Hats off to the manager Sammy who is always there with a smile and provides the best customer service in the industry!

First timers at Dunkin’ Donuts. They were very nice/friendly & gave us time to look over everything. Explained all their sf flavorings. We stayed inside to eat & enjoy our coffees. We will definitely come back here when we come back to Duluth. Also, the mini stuffed everything bagels were a mega win for me!
