Horrible experience every single time I go to this location. Drinks always made wrong and food always comes out burnt, only thing they’re good for is their donuts. Customer service is horrible, they’re rude and look at you dumbfounded if you have a question. Save your time and drive to a better dunkin or just go to caribou coffee.

The store is now open! There are self serve computers at the counter, but we wanted all the same glazed Munchkins, and that wasn’t an option On their menu?!? So we ended up getting help from the really nice employee. Ordered 12 glazed Munchkins, 1 glazed Maple donut, and 1 cinnamon donut. Very berry yummy!

The Dunkin’ in Crystal, MN is awesome! The staff is super friendly and they actually get to know their regulars. They always remember my order, which makes every visit feel personal. The coffee is always spot on and the donuts are fresh and tasty. Even when it’s busy, they move fast and keep things positive. Definitely my favorite Dunkin’ location!

I absolutely love this location! Im specifically speaking on the early morning crew between the hours of 7am- 7:20am M-F….And around 10:20am -10:35am on Thursdays. I only go for coffee…an “Large Hot Carmel Macchiato” and it be made perfectly 95% of the time! There was a one off situation, but they corrected it without any hesitation. The crew is very friendly and nice every time I come. This the only location I know will get my coffee right!

Be careful ordering here if your are sensitive to caffeine and plan to order decaf. We’ve gone here several times since it opened. The first time was great but ever time since has been kind of a mess. It seems like everyone’s first day working there despite it being the same people every time. Our orders have been incorrect almost every time. Coffees that are suppose to have mocha in them arrive as just straight coffee with nothing added somehow. I always order decaf and I’ve only received decaf once. This morning they put both a decaf and regular label on my cup and then “lost” our second coffee and could not recall what our order was so several times they needed to approach the window and ask again what was on my order. (1 large mocha latte, 1 large decaf mocha latte, a single doughnut, and a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich). I didn’t change anything on the order or ask for anything special aside from the decaf so it’s strange that they seemed to not have any record to keep track of what was ordered. The overall wait at the window despite being the only customer in line at the time was 15 minutes.

Ignored by 3 people inside who saw me waiting. This is the second time in a week I was left waiting while they were doing nothing. The first timee last week, nobody was visible so I yelled ‘ Hello’. Nobody answered so I went out and went to the empty drive through. I explained that I tried inside for 10 minutes to get someones attention. When I got my order home it was wrong.

I was just looking forward to a simple coffee! When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the cup was broken, spilling coffee all over my car and clothes. When I went inside to report the issue, the employees didn’t take it seriously and just joked about it. The cashier was unhelpful and only offered a refund. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had – I previously ordered decaf coffee and got regular instead. I hope you’ll work on improving your customer service. In the meantime, I’ll be going back to shopping at the 42nd location.

Their lobby is closed. It’s annoying if your DoorDash and you’re gonna have to wait through a long line to pick up the order also if you wanna go in and use the restroom and get a coffee or a doughnut it’s very inconvenient. Will not be doing business there.

They ALWAYS mess up my orders. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems like others have are having the same problem here. Corporate/managers need to do something about this by now!
First time- ordered a refresher with oat milk and received one with green tea instead
Second time- same issue as before. this time they gave me oat milk mixed with lemonade in my refresher???
Third and LAST time- came for the Sabrina collab drinks. I ordered a large and received a medium (shown on the left side). I thought I was tripping so I went to a different location and ordered the same thing and as you can see from the length of my nails holding the cup, you can see that the right cup is bigger which is the actual size. I don’t know how you guys can mess up a whole size difference.

Ordered a caramel craze frozen coffee and it tasted SOUR and did not have the consistency of a frozen coffee at all. It was watery. I am super disappointed!!!
