We came here today, Thursday, July 31st, 2025, and actually came in the morning, to get a box of munchkins for $2.49, one Maple donut for however much, and a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher for $3 which was a special on my app. We never come here because we usually don’t get up very early but today we did for a garage sale. Check out lady was super nice, we saw about five people working inside, very busy! Super cute tumblers! I love that All ages work here!

Well, please pat yourself on the back and give your team the recognition they deserve! The food here is always warm and delicious, and my drinks are ~consistently~ perfect, which is a big deal for me. Although I typically visit through the drive-thru and haven’t dined in yet, the customer service has always been excellent. The staff are polite, well-trained, and genuinely considerate. A simple “good morning” or “thank you” with a smile from them always brightens my day. The drive-thru is sooo quick, the food is amazing, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Dunkin’ Donuts definitely beats Starbucks in my book!

The dunkin drive thru line took about 10 minutes for the 3 cars infront of us, which I dont find very bad. I ordered one drink and got one similar yet not what I ordered. but most importantly I’m fairly dairy intolerant. The similar drink they gave me HAD. DAIRY. It also was not the same size as the previous drink, I ordered a large and got a medium. we made sure to specify large multiple times before getting the drink. They also did not give us a receipt for our order. However, the donuts were correct.

Every time this place never failed to disappoint. There is always a new employee trying her hardest no one there helping guide her, she was kind and that was the only redeeming quality. We order food and they ALWAYS forget our food and then throw together a burnt sandwich and a bagel they didn’t toast. No one pays attention to you no one tries to help or fix the problem I feel like and inconvenience it seems the drive thru takes priority over everything. I am NEVER coming back to this establishment again. Idk how they have so many positive reviews the only thing I can think is they are fake reviews.

Why I keep coming here I don’t know, I’m a glutton for punishment I guess. Order ahead is a joke at this location. Simple orders are real trouble for the crew here, coffee and a donut. Why is my coffee always ready but I have to wait for a donut? This happens 50% of the time I visit this location and I try to order well in advance in case they are busy, they never are that busy by the way. I guess when DD took “Donuts” away when rebranding this location took it as “donuts are hard, I can skip that part of all orders”.

Great donuts! Went in the evening so a couple out of my half dozen weren’t available. Hashbrowns were burnt and gross. Drive thru said they didn’t have my order so I double placed it and haven’t been able to cancel the 2nd in the app, even after reaching out to c service. Got 1 order at least. If you go in person for just donuts or blueberry coffee, this is the place to go.
