Kinda hard to find yoir drive up window. I ordered the candy bar iced coffee and it was soooo BAD! Horrible! Couldn’t drink it. Threw it out. Ordered a donut and it was as plain as could be – just tossed in a big bag without a tissue or anything? $9.00.
Service was slow, and the outside of the building needs upgrades. Yeah, not my choice to go again but you decide.

So relaxing and chill, the doughnut selection is a bit small but it makes up for in quality! The drinks are killer we got blackberry tangerine zero and a blush pop zero and they are so good, the staff was so sweet and bounded with me so nicely especially the lady at the front who helped me! 10/10 would recommend!

Four girls working when I went in. I waited almost 15 minutes for a very simply drink while being the only customer in the building. Finally got my drink. Took a sip in my car. The girl who made it I guess can’t read or something because she didn’t even put the flavors I asked for THAT WERE ON THE LABEL ON THE CUP… (blueberry and butter pecan). It was a regular latte with nothing added when I tried it. How incompetent can someone be? Not to mention the dirty looks I got walking in there! I understand if it was busy, but I was the only customer with one car in the drive through. Incompetence at its finest.

I’ve been here many times & it can be inconsistent at times. I am understanding because it gets busy & they’re trying the best they can. I ordered a breakfast sandwich & coffee (with oatmilk) and just had to say this time around they got it right!! My coffee was good & not bitter. Can actually taste the oatmilk! Sometimes it does taste bitter and like no milk was added so I usually take a chance everytime I go. Keep in mind that not everytime is going to be a good time. Only 4* just because it can be inconsistent but how it was this morning – 10/10!! Be kind & understanding to the workers, they get busy in there.

I got the Cookie Dough Frozen Coffee and it literally just tasted like milk and weirdly peppermint. There’s no cookie dough flavor at all and just overall isn’t good at all. They also forgot the waffle cone pieces on top. Disappointed lol.

I’ve only been to this location 3 or 4 times, and I every time I make the mistake of doing do they have messed up my order and or doesn’t even taste right. They skimp on bacon, they forget toppings for drinks, the coffee is almost always pure milk, and they burn the ever loving crap out of the toast. If there was an option to negatively tip I would because going here feels like a scam.

If I was able to make a new review every time I had a bad experience there would be 50 here from me. I’ve given this location a million chances because it’s on my way to work just hoping that one time they will get my order right. I either have missing items, the toast isn’t toasted, or the drinks taste like garbage. Well i’m done throwing away my money at this location. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Dunkin this morning. The drive-through girl was rude and a complete brat. The level of customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. If you don’t want to provide good service, this is not the job for you. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others!

My favorite coffee will always be at Dunkin. But man how do you run out of eggs for the bagels at noon on a Saturday. Or accidentally charged me extra for something.
Also the way the drive thru is set up is so bad. It will get crowded and hard to get out of the parking lot.
