I really can’t accurately give them a score for food or service I’m sure that the people that work there are lovely people and they do a really good job of making the items you order. However the location is absolutely the worst setup I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely ridiculous that there’s only one way to get to this Duncan and that the actual entrance to it you’d have to know exactly where it is to be able to get there. If you miss it that’s it you don’t get to go to get your coffee. I’m sure the workers there and the service is great but I can’t accurately give it a score because I couldn’t even get there after two attempts I was pretty done

Drove thru and ordered an ice coffee with sweet cream and 6 doughnuts. They recommended their brown sugar sweet cream which I did switch to and it was great. Maybe it is the new equipment (or just because it is close to home) but these were the best DD doughnuts I’ve ever had!

Apparently,they thought i needed a snack. This is annoying. Almost every time I go here they make my drinks wrong , forget my order , or make me go back in line to add to my order. I go here because it’s close to my home. I go here because it’s something we do as a family on the weekends for our treat . I can’t wait for Starbucks to be built.

Placed a mobile order and got to the window and waited for ten minutes. bagel was burnt and cold. i could see the girls sitting in the back talking with my bag right there. if you don’t wanna do your job don’t work.

I go here a lot, and usually the coffee is very good and they always get my order right. But, the last couple times I’ve gone. It’s been so disgusting. I don’t know if it’s the coffee beans or what but. And they always get my order wrong lately and don’t seem to be putting enough pumps of creamer in it.

Love that this coffee option is in town! No dine in or walk up available and YES, the drive through is different BUT it works great. Friendly workers do a great job of making me delicious coffee. Their donuts are a fun treat, too!!!

i asked for my receipt at the drive through and the girl w/ the thick drawn on eyebrows stared at me and took it very aggressively from the printer and crumpled it up infront of me. i mean like i get it having a bad day, but what did i do to her? the donuts weren’t the greatest but what do you expect from a fast food donut. just wanted to say the drive through people don’t have the greatest attitude when you ask more out of them.
