The Truth
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding what appears to be a systemic issue with beverage volume practices across Dunkin’ locations.
Over multiple visits, I have ordered a large latte with light ice and consistently received a cup that is visibly underfilled. During one of these visits, a Dunkin’ employee explicitly stated that when a customer orders light ice, the liquid volume remains the same and additional ice is simply used to make the cup appear full in standard orders. In other words, the size of the beverage does not change the amount of liquid, only the amount of ice.
If this accurately reflects Dunkin’s corporate policy, it is deeply concerning. Consumers reasonably expect that when they pay for a larger size, they are receiving more product, not the same volume disguised by ice. This practice is misleading at best and deceptive at worst.
To be clear, my concern is not about employee behavior. This appears to be a training or policy issue originating at the corporate level. If Dunkin’ is intentionally structuring drink sizes so that liquid volume does not scale with cup size, this should be transparently disclosed to customers at the point of sale.
I am requesting the following:
• Clarification of Dunkin’s official policy regarding beverage volume by size
• Confirmation of whether liquid volume is intended to be consistent across sizes
• An explanation of how this aligns with consumer transparency and fair value expectations
Absent a clear and satisfactory response, I intend to escalate this matter further, including filing formal complaints with appropriate consumer protection agencies. Customers should not have to guess whether they are receiving the product they are paying for.
I look forward to your response and to understanding how Dunkin’ plans to address this issue at a corporate level.

We had 3 beverages and 2 sandwiches. I have ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwiches many times before but these were completely cold on the inside. All 3 drinks were perfect!

See receipt for purchases. Hash browns didn’t have the cheese or bacon on them like I ordered. Just plain and they were mushy. The avocado toast was NOT toast but bread. Probably will never go back to this location.

Brand new location in Maple Grove as of April 2023.
Service was great. They have two kiosks to order from that take card and cashless payments. The two registers at the counter are only cash.
We only got donuts and they were what you would expect. Chain restaurant style and same experience at all locations. It makes you wonder if they bake their donuts at these locations as you really don’t smell any kind of pastries being baked.
I did not know they served breakfast sandwiches and other items here.
Also not a ton of seating. It’s a little small.

These dunkin has messed up orders for me twice in a row now and are not helpful problem solvers. I ordered a berry sangria refresher with sparkling water and got a berry burst energy with sparkling water. I’m pregnant and can’t have energy drinks. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Donuts were good, but 100% of the time you get to the bottom of your coffee and get a mouthful of grounds…totally disgusting and for that reason (3 times…probably I am the stupid one trying 3 times) never going back. Hey Dunkin Donuts…have standards and do not franchise to lazy franchisees.

I was excited for this location to open! I thought it looked huge from the outside and had a huge nice inside dinning area but when you actually come in there is no seating in except for a few bar stools by the window to wait for pick up orders and there isnt any outdoor seating which would be perfect for now that it is spring- maybe they could still add those seats outside is a great idea! So basically there is no where for you to sit and enjoy coffee with a friend to meet up but if you like drive through- this location is perfect for you! Open 1 hour later (8pm) than all the other dunkins in the area.

went through the drive through and waited for 5 minutes before anyone took our order. We ordered 25 munchkins and they gave us 10 then gave us our others when we asked, staff had no personality and did not look happy. Cheese was in a slice still not melted. the donuts had no glaze on them and were dry. and the mint chocolate chip latte had no mint and tasted nothing like a mint chocolate chip latte. This place is terrible and would not recommend drive an extra 5 minutes for another.
