A wonderful stop for a quick coffee and a bite to eat. Simple and excellent. Highly recommend the sourdough breakfast sandwhich, exceeded my expectations for certain. The “donuts” are pretty decent as well.

Literally the best Dunkin I have had. The ladies on shift this morning, keep it up! I usually stick with the iced caramel latte along with the loaded hash browns. First time I have ever had my hash browns filled to the top and it made my whole morning. The latte was absolutely perfect aswell!

Quick service, but the cashier really didnt say anything… and didnt ask any questions, even after I payed, still nothing was said, really odd could be a shy trainee, who knows. And even then my group and I had to wait to actually see that our food was done, because they didnt call out the names or anything, but decent either way.

i think drink modifications are just a suggestion for the workers, every time i ask for my drink it always comes out wrong. i don’t want to be a karen but its almost impressive how they screw up the drinks every single time. drinks taste great but service is a disappointment every time

Do not go there I drove all the way to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Andover because their hours said that they close at 8 PM and I got there at 7:30 PM and they were closed already. This place is a scam.

Very unhappy paying full price for three day old donuts. Ordered four Bavarian cream and two Boston cream in the drive-through at 5:45 PM February 16. When I open the box I saw they were all heart-shaped. I was not surprised they tasted like they were at least three days old as well. This used to be a good Dunkin’ Donuts. Selling a product that should have been thrown out and expecting the customer to not feel ripped off is ridiculous.. This is the third time in a row I received stale product from this Dunkin.. I will not ever visit this store again.

Overall, good experience. Just make sure you’re there early so you can get fresh donuts. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that no one tells you if a doughnut is extra until after they’ve charged you and rung you up.

I went in today to get a few things. One of was my sandwich, the bacon was undercooked and the bread was soggy. I had never wanted to throw up more in my entire life. Not only was my sandwich horrendous, but my iced coffee had mold growing on the ice cubes, I didn’t know that until AFTER I drank it.
