Usually a good experience until on 1/29 at 430 pm, my girlfriend ordered the two valentines donuts and they rang them up as specialty donuts at 3$ a piece when they are 1.69$. When we told the window attendant they changed it but I almost paid double price and I wonder how many people got charged 3$ a piece when they are 1.69$

Just went through drive thru, iced coffee was made wrong so I went in and nicely asked to remake it, that it was very bitter.
The lady Felicia? Something with an F on name tag 10/26 around noon. She rolled her eyes at me in a very exaggerated manner and put another shot of cream in it and gave the same one back. Still very bitter and I can tell by looking at it because it’s normally light tan with all the cream and swirl in it which by the way the customer does pay extra for… She rolled her eyes and made a big sigh, put in a couple more flavor pumps and walked away. Still not right but I don’t have the energy to argue with someone who clearly was set on not remaking it. With prices up to $6 that’s pretty poor customer treatment.

(This was several months ago. Around nine to be exact)
I had gotten the sandwich earlier today to take one bite to find a long black hair in it. To whoever had made the food at this location today must have not had their hair in a ponytail or was not wearing a hairnet if you require that, I’m very disappointed that I could not eat this sandwich due to the fact that I found a hair from someone’s head, hopefully. This is literally ridiculous you need to make sure your employees are wearing their hair up, a hat, or a hair net or whatever you require so people don’t have to eat hair. I do not think I would be returning to this location. Also I have three images attached for you to see that there is definitely a hair in the sandwich. It is a very long hair and I am disgusted. I really want to call the health department on this location to the fact that you cannot maintain cleanliness within a restaurant.

Love stopping since we don’t have a DD close. Spend $20+ usually… stopped the other day. I ordered 10 jelly munchkins my favs. When I looked in the box, guess what? No munchkins… 2 big donuts. Not what I ordered, called and left a nice message to please get back to me… two days later and still no contact. Very disappointed, not a huge deal but think there should be some compensation for an incorrect order.

This is the closest Dunkin to my home. Typically service is good, I always go inside to make sure I get what I want. This morning, I ordered half dozen and a 10 piece of glazed munchkins. The young woman helping me didn’t wear gloves when handling my donuts and my munchkins. She used a tissue, but would have preferred she had a pair of gloves on when handling food. Please discuss sanitary food handling practices with your employees.

I’m a huge fan of Dunkin. Always have been. But someone really needs to teach the crew at the Hugo location the difference between white cream and custard. This is the 3rd time vanilla cream was ordered and custard was given. And this time I was in the store and watched the employee pull the vanilla cream tray – which tells me someone doesn’t quite understand the difference when filling the display case. Go back to the good ol’ days and have that white cream dollop on the outside of the hole so there are no more mistakes.

We had a request to put blue sprinkles on some donuts for an event and we wanted it to match our brand. The employee helping us informed us they need requests like that 2 weeks in advance, however she went out of her way to assist us. She was able to make it happen and just was so helpful.
