I stop here coming through from Oshkosh to Minocqua and I have not been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they have cell chargers built into the counters.

If you order donuts specific ones expect a bunch of BS donuts. Ordered a coffee with less ice and didn’t fill up the cup was left looking like a medium drink. Don’t order from this place it’s a joke. Only go to this place if you love wasting your money. If you order a Kreme donuts expect to get donut holes with Valentine’s day kisses. If your allergic to anything related to filled donuts , you might die because they don’t know how to read your ticket slip or they just can’t make donuts. It took 40 minutes to get nothing I wanted.

Went through the drive thru this morning at close to seven, the guy on the intercom was very hostile while taking our order. As we pulled up he said total of 10 words to us in a very rude manner. The food was good but wish I felt more welcomed.

There was limited frosting on my donut. Parking was easy. Drive through was long. Other wise it was a really good visit.

Since losing their past management, this place has truly gone down hill. Placed a mobile order, got charged for our order, picked up the order and noticed we were shorted a donut. When we asked why, the employee told us “because we’re out of that donut”. Sooo you’re going to charge us, and not tell us or offer us a different one?! Another instance, we ordered coffees and asked for less ice. Employee handed us our drinks half full. I asked why and he said, “because you wanted less ice”. No other Dunkin in the area does this to their customers. Ridiculous!

The staff here are extremely nice and welcoming. Store is always clean, no matter the season. The food and drinks are well made. I always try to stop here because it is consistently a great experience. My kids love this store and love to say hi to the manager Jenna. Keep up the great work and customer service!
