I ordered inside around 9:00 a.m. Great choice of donuts, which were enjoyed by all & gone in no time. Ordered a crescent breakfast sandwich which was really good. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonably priced food. Definitely will return.

I ordered a French vanilla latte but when I said “less ice” I though would mean like a little bit of ice not WITHOUT it, when they gave me this I couldn’t believe that they literally gave me the half of the drink and filled the rest with whipped cream (I did asked it with whipped cream but not the half of the drink) and then when I asked them to change it or to see if they can do something about it, the girl just laughed and called her friend to also do not do something about it but to keep asking and talking and explaining that when you asked it with less ice looks like less drink (bro we know that, but you are literally giving us the half of the drink and with NO ICE IN IT) instead of just saying “yeah sorry we can fix it for you” .

Two times in a row this locations drive thru (Appleton,calumet st) serviced us the wrong order!! Their excuse was “We’re training “ 1st time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate/chai, it was a chai latte, we didn’t return to correct the order. 2nd time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate and was filled with black coffee. We went back this time and to get the order replaced the servers couldn’t have cared less! Very sad! Moving all our purchases to somewhere else.
