I went in Valentines evening to get myself a little something to spoil myself! A Toxic Ex-Presso lol! The woman at the counter was awesome, super nice. Recommend I try the Cupid’s Choice strawberry frosting creme filled donut. The drink was ok, but the strawberry donut? Wow! Thank you for the suggestion!

Just left there. Clearly asked for a Caramel Chocolate Protein Latte and a Almond Matcha Protein Latte. The line was very backed up and we figured out why when we went to the window to pick up our order. Took them 20 minutes to get just the Almond drink and the second drink was a shake espresso which was not what I ordered and took longer to get out. They tried handing me the drink three different times even though i told them it was wrong. Eventually I just took the drink to not waste anymore of my time. During the whole ordeal they tried giving us other peoples food orders and one employee tried telling the manager we didnt pay yet which we had done when we pulled up. Service took so long they forgot they had taken our card and did not give us a receipt. Awful service at this location. I would suggest going to the one across town if you can I have not had a problem with the service at that location.

Every time I order from here my order is wrong. They never have the donuts they say they do, and my drinks are always made wrong. Today I ordered a refresher with sparkling water and it was made with milk. There never fails to be an issue when I go to this location.

This morning, I stopped in at your location on South Park Oshkosh. My husband and I and two children like to go out for donuts before school on Fridays. I arrived 30 minutes before we had to go because I know how busy you are on a Friday morning. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes with not a single person greeting us or saying we’ll be right with you. You had about five people walking back-and-forth in front of us completing orders from the drive-through. I understand you have a lot of customers in the drive-through, but the people who had ordered before us, inside, were still waiting for their drinks the entire time that we were there. You need to figure out how to make drive-through and your inside customers a priority. Everyone is going to understand that you’re busy but a quick greeting or I will be right with you would’ve been appreciated. I do HR for a very large restaurant chain and in my opinion, this was a complete embarrassment to your company. Your staff needs to be better trained and a different organization system needs to be put in place to make sure that you were serving all customers the best that you can. Before I left, I verbalized to my family that we are going to need to go somewhere else this morning because we haven’t even been waited on and two employees looked at me, but yet not a single person still said anything. I will not be back to your establishment.

We stopped here to grab something to eat quick. All we wanted was 2 doughnuts. After we arrived an employee walked im that works a later shift and ordered her drink immediately. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes without a greeting or a simple we will be right with you. Eventually the employee asked if they could just make her drink quick, which they did. Eventually we made the decision to just walk out without one word being said to us.

I went here for the first time Thursday February 26, about 7:20am. I put my order in at the drive through. they said pay at the first window which I did. The girl at the window did not greet me just extended the card reader for me to pay and turned away from the window and started talking to someone. I then drove to the second window because the girl at the first window said nothing to me just closed the window. I sat at the second window and watched 5 people pay at the first window get the items they ordered and drive off. When someone finally came to the second window they didn’t have my order they asked if I had gotten straws for my drinks? I had gotten nothing. The guy that came got my first drink. He said nothing just handed it to me. the second drink was brought by another employee, she thrust it towards me, I caught it and she walked away closing the window. No sorry, no we apologize just closed the window and walked away. Total I sat for almost 25 minutes for 2 drinks from the menu nothing special done nothing extra added. Very disappointed and I will never go back. Nothing makes a person feel dismissed like they do.

My family and I changed our dinner plans from FDL to Oshkosh so we could try the new dubai chocolate Sundae afterwards. I ordered a regular ice cream and then ordered the dubai Sundae. The guy working said he would have to ask his manager how to make it but that shouldn’t be a problem. Well, it was. They didn’t have the pistachio dubai icecream out so the young man went to look for it at the direction of the manager. About 5 minutes later he comes out and says he can’t find it because of how the freezer was stocked . I explained how we changed out dinner plans to specifically come and try the new dubai Sundae. The manager was busy with the drive through and did nothing to help find the icecream. He actually seemed very annoyed by my ordering it even though its the new flavor of the month. Basically said too bad. So I had asked what they would have done had I placed a mobile order? The manager then replied back that he would have had to go find the ice cream then. I stated to him that because I was in the building ordering he didn’t have to go find it?? At this point I was paying for the regular ice cream we ordered when the manager said that he could go find it but I’d have to wait longer. I told him forget it since I was already paying. I left extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of customer service provided, even after I stated how we changed our dinner plans so we could come and try the ice cream. This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had at this location but it will definitely be my last as I will not be going here anymore.

They did have a little snafu but quickly fixed what we were missing. Everyone is super nice and friendly but the food was actually really good and my husband and I go to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts and this exceeded our expectations.

Never again. This location is utterly asinine to order from. So much so, that I got in thr habit if ordering my drink 15 minutes ahead of time. In the time it takes me to chase a 2 year old, put his jacket on, buckle him up, drive him to daycare, drop him off and then drive to pick up my coffee…you’d think the ticket could at least leave the printer. Almost 20 minute ticket times is the amount of time it takes to serve appetizers, salads and dessert at a restaurant. It wouldn’t be as bad if they acknowledged your existence when you walk in or when you’ve stood there for 5 minutes with no interaction watching each and everyone one of them be about as pokey as a person could be at work. Knees to chest and hustle people, greet your customers with a smile or don’t do the job. You lost a daily customer today.

Got a regular basic black coffee with 1 cream 1 sugar, I got almost completely cream and couldn’t taste the coffee. Only getting black coffee now. Very disappointed.
