We stopped in for an impromptu Valentines breakfast. Both of us had the Ultimate bacon jam croissant and coffee. The sandwich was really good, my only issue is it could have been warmer. And of course the coffee was great.

I stop at the Dunkin’ on the west side of Eau Claire most Saturdays, and it’s consistently solid. The inside moves pretty quickly even when the drive-thru is packed at all hours of the day and also during the morning rush. The staff is always super friendly and efficient.
I appreciate all of the drink options, if I’m not feeling a latte and still want some caffeine. I enjoy the options of a healthy breakfast they have and they always come out hot and fresh. I also like that mobile orders are ready on time — super convenient when I’m in a hurry.
Overall, great location for a quick pick-me-up. Glad to have this spot on the west side!

Went about 7:30am and the place was busy, both inside and drive up. They move everyone through pretty quickly considering. Had to try the Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. Wow, it’s good. Lots of great looking treats to choose from. I suggest you stop by when you have the chance.

First off they don’t sell maple donuts all the sudden like what… but second every time my fiancé or I go to to the drive through we wait for 15+ minutes to order even when there isn’t anyone in line.. and when we try to go in store they stand there talking instead of getting your order. Absolutely ridiculous!

We just left this place empty handed. We were stopping for a dozen doughnuts & coffee to go. There was NO ONE else in the place. Two employees behind the counter…we stood for 10 minutes watching them fill this machine..then the next one. Neither of them approached us..Neither one even said “we will be with you in a minute”….so after 10 minutes of waiting..we left. Very disappointed!

I’ve been through the drive-through twice recently for snack and bacon. I’ve been told upon request you can ask it to be warm each time. Then other employees tell me it’s only served cold and don’t want to heat it. I completely understand not wanting to heat it when you are busy. But my three year-old son were the only customers at the store. This location is less than a mile from my house, but We typically avoid this location if possible
