My kids wanted Dunkin so I stopped, I ordered a 6pack of donuts. Asked for the any 4 med drinks deal they had. Told her just give me one of the each refresher flavors. She’s that was discontinued Dec 31. I told her well you guys have two signs for marketing out here. It’s Jan 2nd. She’s like sorry. That promotion has ended. Cool smh

I just had to write a review this early morning, I walked into the store at 555am and Payton greeted me with a smile great energy and was a delight to chat with❤️ Payton was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions gave great suggestions on drinks to try. The other ladies were also working hard and smiling, just really made it an enjoyable early morning just a great way to start today! So thank you ladies!
Not trying to single out Payton but seriously a terrific employee and a beautiful soul. She is definitely an asset to this business and I look forward to coming in again! Thank you for your patience and for just being you. Best service I have received in along time.

Order was perfect, bagel was perfectly toasted. Frozen French vanilla was flavorful. Not too expensive. Drive through service was flowing at a good rate.

Terrible customer service today, sassy and cussing towards me. Threw my muffin in a bag without a napkin or anything and couldn’t remember my order (2 items) compared to one other person who was waiting as well. Didn’t end up getting the right muffin anyway so I wasn’t able to eat it.i asked what muffins they had beforehand, and she said coffee and chocolate chip, I got the chocolate chip one and when I was about to eat it I noticed she gave me a blueberry muffin…. I’m allergic to blueberries. So, safe to say I won’t return with anything nice to say to her

Horrible customer service!! Gave us half our order then proceeded to make other orders after ours. We waited 20 minutes for a single coffee. When we finally got the last order they slammed it on the counter and walked away without a word. This is very disappointing! I said “thank you” and got rude, dirty looks.

Edit: I returned 4 years later only to be disappointed again. Got the advertised brown sugar shaken espresso. Was super excited to try it. Definitely tastes like they burnt the coffee beans. Terrible bitter flavor. I’m not sure why they can never get it right. All I ask for is something consumable. What a waste of money.
Very very disappointed. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location. The first time I ordered a chai latte. It was so disgustingly sweet that it tasted like I was drinking straight syrup, I couldn’t even have more than one sip GROSS. I know what a chai latte is supposed to taste like and that’s not it. Now today my friend and I orded just regular coffee. Mine was black and hers had cream. Both were awful. Tasted like three day old coffee that had been watered down. Bitter and sour? Terrible after taste. And theres a difference between hot coffee and so scalding hot that you burn your tastebuds off.maybe that was the plan though. That way we couldn’t actually taste how bad it was lol. Not going back. I’d rather go to McDonald’s or a gas station.
