When we ordered there was nothing available. Ended up just getting a coffee and donuts. When we placed the order we were told to wait at the second window. When we got there to there were storage racks behind the window. No one acknowledged we were even there. I was confused wondering why nobody took my payment. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before she finally came to the window. Then my coffee was luke warm. It was tasty but I don’t know why it seemed like it was brewed earlier and then microwaved. It’s also my first experience at any Dunkin donuts. So I don’t know about the donuts just being tossed in a paper bag. No nepkins. No wax paper. Just a pile of donuts in a bag. I probably won’t be going back. I was so excited to try it. It was sucky service. The donuts tasted great though. So did the coffee. The service was almost like a post apocalyptic atmosphere. Like I should feel lucky there’s a restaurant at all.

Walked in and stood at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes, while there were 5 employees running around.
Not a single one acknowledged that I was there, not a single one let me know they’d be with us shortly.
One employee was sitting to the side sipping a large iced coffee while building orders. She was too invested in eating on the job than anything going on in the store.
Another mopping directly behind me and absolutely silent.
The employee manning the drive through literally came up to the register in front of me 4 times, didn’t once look in my direction or say anything.
It wasn’t until the drive through was cleared did the register clerk finally come up to ask what I wanted.
I understand people don’t want to be at work the day after a holiday, but come on. Don’t treat customers like they’re invisible.
This trip wasn’t even worth my service. Will be going elsewhere in the future and treated like a human.

Dunkin’ in Shawano is nicely appointed for a fast food coffee place. It could have been cleaner, but there was a staffing issue, and I arrived at the end of the morning rush. The coffee was excellent, and the donuts would have been great had they been filled properly. There was not enough cream inside all three of mine. Better luck next time, I hope.

We stopped at this location between 11:30-12pm today on our way out of town. We come to Shawano often due to family in the area. We used the drive up and ordered an iced coffee, a refresher and a donut. When ordering, the speaker was muffled and hard to hear, it was as if the attendant was whispering or talking very low. The wait was longer than the standard wait time I’ve experienced at other Dunkin locations. After ordering amd pulling up to the window to pay, the lady was rude, did not greet us and treated us as if we were another number. She tried to push the credit card machine at us then noticing we had cash, made a scowl look at us. After paying, we were directed to the next window to pick up our stuff. The attendant said absolutely nothing, no greeting, no hi, nothing. We frequent other Dunkin locations amd have always had great service. This location is absolutely terrible. I will never recommend or stop again. Customer service runs a long way with people and as someone who works directly with people everyday, just saying hi, can actually make someone’s day. This location misses on all aspects of decent customer service.

They seem to be out of things frequently. And it doesn’t reflect in the app. I feel like they need to increase the par level on fast selling items. Otherwise I always enjoy the drinks….when I can get them.

I like dunkin’ donuts but will never b back to Shawanos I ordered at the drive thru when they were slow (2 cars in the parking lot whose were probably employees cars and only 1 car in the drive thru who was behind me) and I sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting to even pay (this time isn’t exaggerated either I know cuz I was looking at my phone while waiting because I was on my way to work) I’ve never had one drink take that long and for them to not even come to the window to take my money within the first 5 minutes at least… I might have just had a bad experience but I will not be going back.

Went through the drive thru ordered hot black decaffeinated, avocado toast with bacon, and 2 sausage patties 1 egg. Got the first cup of coffee it was cold. They replaced it at the window. Went and parked, looked at my toast, no bacon. Went back thru the drive thru she told me to pull up to the window. When I got up to the window she hastily said she would take the toast they originally gave me back? Im pretty sure it’s illegal to pass food back through the window. Gave me the same toast back and just put bacon on it. So the toast and the avocado sauce was very cold when I took a bite. Then I thought what they may have done to the toast when they took it back. Threw it in the garbage. Terrible service!

Takes so long, even if you pre order. I was actually forgot about while at the window one time! Line would probably go quicker if there wasn’t 3 people outside vaping when there is 7 cars in the drive thru.
