I have no idea how this place is in business. After waiting at the register for 10 minutes my wife, my daughter, and myself had to leave. There were literally 4 people in front of us that were waiting for their food. The drive thru wasn’t too busy. As we were getting ready to head back out to our vehicle, we were finally acknowledged. Waiting for 10 minutes just to be acknowledged? This isn’t a high class restaurant. It’s fast food. I would hate to see how this staff actually handles any sort of a rush. This is why entry-level jobs don’t pay $15 an hour. I wouldn’t have left a review, but they have a sign up saying that you can spin the wheel and get free food if you leave a 5 star review. Kind of pathetic.

We’ve had good service at our visits to Dunkin in the past. Today was different. I placed an online order over minutes ago. Went though drive thru. Sat in drive thru for 15-20 mins (which is crazy!). Decided to go inside to grab the donuts. Stayed in line for another 15 minutes waiting in line. They were short staffed and the cashier made all of the drinks each time she took an order. When it was my turn, I let her know that I had a pre-order placed. She directed me to that other counter and said it should be ready and that someone would get it to. Well, no one did. As workers passed me by, I had to flag someone down to get their attention. Told them that I’ve been waiting 30 mins for donuts I preordered 40 mins ago. Shared how long we waited. She then said “no one told her” that I was waiting. Well, maybe I would if I could actually get someone to help me. Never going here again. No apologies but blamed th customer that I didn’t “tell” someone.

This was our first time at our local DD. The facility was clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and the donuts HAVE to be amazing, because most were already sold out lol. Nevertheless, Mr. Colin was prompt to greet us, fast service, and great customer service! We brought the kids in for a celebratory treat, we will definitely come back regularly!

We had a wonderful experiance today 10/23/2025 at about 5:23pm. The reason why I put the exact time and day is because my wife loves dunkin donuts and I dont really go there offen but today the person who made my coco mocha was very good at making it. That drink was amazing and the person who greeted us was wonderful as well. Thank you all for your wonderful service. God Bless you!

girls in there are super nice… training does need to take place more though they all seemed extremely stressed out when it wasn’t that busy and had given other customers the food that we had ordered. Someone needs to train there.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon to get an after school snack with my daughter. Female at the register taking our order was RUDE. “Can you give me your order quickly?!?!?” This was after waiting approximately 5 minutes to even order. Should have been my sign to go somewhere else. After repeating my order at least 3 times because she couldn’t follow. We sat down to wait for our drinks, my daughters took about 5 minutes, 20 minutes later we finally got my drink, which was not correct (I didn’t try it before we left) we then had to ask for the donuts we ordered and paid for but never got. She did not remember we had ordered donuts and seemed inconvenienced to give us the items we had paid for. I’m fairly certain she was working under the influence of some substance and impaired, based on her reactions and actions. Poor service, poor attitude, incorrect drinks and mediocre food, needless to say we won’t be back. Well check out another one or go to a local coffee place from now on.

This is regarding this specific location. I would say about 75-80% of the time I put my order in ahead of time, I still have to go back and stand and wait for them to start it. It takes me 10-12 minutes to get to this location. The last time I went there, my drink was actually ready, but it was only 1/2 full. I went to the other side to ask for the rest of the coffee and the guy working did his usual and ignored me. Finally one of the ladies working came over and I asked if I could get the drink filled. She talked to the guy and he muttered that “it said less ice.” She was kind enough to put some more coffee in, but I’ll avoid this location going forward. It’s disappointing as the service used to be good.

Really disappointed by this visit. I ordered one Boston crème and he handed me a bag smeared with icing, immediately covering my hands, and the donut inside looks like a gross mess. I had to ask to get napkins
