I placed an online order roughly ten minutes before I arrived. Just one drink and one breakfast sandwich. I walked inside instead of the drive through due to not having time to wait in the drive through lane (I had to get to work). So I walked in and waited until my turn to let them know I was here to pick up. Only my drink was ready. So I waited another ten minutes for my sandwich and even after that my sandwich was still not ready. Already late for work I stayed a couple more minutes, but ended up leaving due to being late. I placed the order in advance so everything would be ready when I came in to pick up. I understand it gets busy and some orders get pushed back, but having placed the order ten minutes before I arrived should have been enough of a head ups that I’d be coming. Only to have to wait another ten to fifteen minutes for just one sandwich is frustrating. So I left with just my drink.

I went to go pick up the office order and the staff was having fun! One of the kids answered the DT with an accent and kept it going the entire time, even at the window! It made my day! The refreshers were amazing (and I am really picly on how my drinks taste) and were perfect for our midday pick-me-up. Thank you, Reedsburg for keeping us fueled!

Staff sure have a great time working together! Refreshing to see. The Manager jumped right in and helped the cashier with a gift card question. The only downside is the seating. If you are meeting a couple of people, the only spot to really sit is directly in front of the door and it is freezing. Kind of a bummer.

It took a while for them to get their bearings after opening, but they seem to be doing great now! The food and drink is consistently good and the service is almost always friendly. They are sometimes out of certain items due to shipping issues the whole country is still dealing with. Thankful to have a dunkin in our town!

usually orders are make correctly, however typically run out of many things (lids, cups, food) also when they give you your donuts they are ruined EVERYTIME. Always Thrown in a bag with napkins to get frosting all over the place and disgusting. Most employees are decent towards you but some have a very rude attitude and tone almost everytime I’ve seen 1 there for sure.
