I normally enjoy the Reedsburg location , but this morning i ordered the new banana matcha. I specifically said it twice. While in line for over 10 minutes they made go to the parking lot to wait for the drink. Then when the drink finally came it was just a matcha with no banana. Then the girl who brought me drink felt the need to lecture me that next time i will have to ask for banana if i want it even though i specifically asked for it twice and feel since i only ordered a drink i shouldn’t have had to wait in the parking lot anyway. The customer service this morning was all and all horrible and although there isn’t a drive through, i will be taking my coffee business to Buck and Honeys. Probably should have just shopped local anyway.

Im been biting my tongue for the last few months because i’m not one for confrontation, but today really irritated me. I ordered a large shaken espresso. I got a medium in a large cup? This has been happening for months and im finally irritated enough. Im paying over 6 dollars for a coffee and yes that’s my choice, but I should be getting my whole drink that I pay for! It’s been happening consecutively for months, just about every time I come here and it doesn’t even matter which drink I order either; hot, iced, macchiato, shaken espresso, Etc. It’s ridiculous. I’m on the verge of just driving to The Dells to get my coffees because at least they would be full!

Whenever I go in to this location I am always get a friendly greeting. They are often fairly busy and still get things out fairly quick.

Let me start out by saying that I love coming to Dunkin donuts and I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a pumpkin spice latte and a Dunkin energy. The sandwich and Dunkin energy were delicious. However the pumpkin spice latte was not even 3/4 full. I ordered a large and they essentially gave me a small in a large cup. Pumpkin spice is my favorite so I was quite disappointed. ☹️

Please do better at paying attention to what and how much your customers order. Two items were missing from my order today. I should have went back but i simply didn’t feel like it. Customers should have their entire order when it is handed to them the first time. Mistakes happen but it happens often at this location where the taste of the coffee isn’t quite right because it is not made the same as the last time, or the order isn’t right. I’m glad that we have dunkin in town but why is the quality slipping? It wasn’t busy at at all the time that I went either. There was only one car in front of me.

I’m not one to write reviews but it seems every time I go to this location I encounter attitude with zero customer service. From only one girl who works here who conveniently takes majority of my orders. Now I know mornings are busy after school drop offs and there’s a line. The wait is never the issue and I always understand they’re doing the best they can. But as I said, this has happened endless times. I put my order in this morning, the girl is less than enthused, you can hear it in her voice. I put my drink orders in I ask for two grilled cheeses, say please and thank you. Right as I say that she said “pull to the window”. Okay. I pull up pay for my orders. Get everything but my sandwiches. The guy is super polite as always and apologizing for something he didn’t do. I proceed to ask him who took my order and he gives me a name and tells me they’re backed up etc. Again, I understand. That’s not the problem. The problem is rushing so much to the point where you don’t want to hear customers full orders being given and sounding irritable when it’s happening. Because in return that’s just going to put off customers and we’ll end up driving the 15 minutes to go somewhere else. Which is inconvenient considering we have something here in town.
With that being said, take a breath and a moment to gather yourself. I know it’s overwhelming sometimes and you’re backed up with cars, but kindness goes a long way. As does customer service. If she sees this I hope she takes it as some constructive criticism and hopefully knows it’s okay and you’ll get through the rush. I hope your days get better girl.

Every time I go here with my brothers I am welcomed by the friendly staff who are just the best and the coffee is so good, I would recommend the cookie dough coffee it’s amazing. Best place ever.
