First visit here in PDC.
While I was hopeful, anything I cannot eat gets a generous 1⭐.
Doubtful that these were made today. (1-blueberry & 1-creme-filled (HA!).
I arrived at 9:30, and they were already too, too dry!
While I am used to Linda’s in West Salem or Bloedows in Winona, even Festival Foods blows this place away.
(Sigh) Won’t be back, ever.

Went to dunkin at 530 am no one was here besides one truck ..ordered…guy in front of me just had a hot coco…she told us both to pull around and wait. 20 mins later he left and 5 mins later I finally got my donut…horrible service today

Ordered my food/ drinks at 755 am. I am still sitting here in the parking lot at 835 am waiting for my stuff. This is ridiculous!!! Why have order ahead if you cant even order ahead everyone around me is getting their coffee people that even pulled in after me. I went in to see if I could just grab it and they hadnt even started the order yet? I have to be at home due to service being done to my furnace.

Sick of spending extra money on espresso and not even getting it in my drinks. Happens EVERY TIME! I’ve called to let them know and they say “im the one that made it and it is in there” but you can’t even taste it in the coffee what so ever. I’m sick waisting my money on you guys! Train your staff.

The person who took our order was very impatient with us. We knew exactly what we wanted, but she was not listening. We asked for water in our refreshers, she rung up lemonade, we asked for a crossant sandwich with our meal and she added as a bagel, we had a meal deal and she got mad when we told her what kind of coffee we wanted. Then gift cards were not scanning correctly, and she was not very nice during that process. Every time we spoke she would say, ” Yeah, I got it.” Finally, another worker who was very helpful took care of us. Very disappointing.

Some of the ladies here or so sweet with such an amazing attitude! The younger workers sometimes never do and it almost makes you not want to go there but these two older ladies that helped me were so nice and gave me 7 free blueberry munchkins since they ran out of the muffins. Made my day thank you!
