Been choosing to drive an extra 5 min to a better Dunkin after having a few bad experiences but decided to try this location again. I have been steering clear FOR A REASON. These employees are just absolutely rude. I don’t need conversation or any interaction past a hello, I get it, I’ve WORKED there. It gets busy, the machines don’t work half the time, the cleanup is atrocious, lines get long. It’s the people man. They are just rude and cold, don’t care if they give you the wrong food, the coffee was sticky? It’s not just because they’re having a bad day, it’s every day. This place sucks.

Went in before work and planned extra time to get there but it took forever to get my order. They need a general manager to step up their game here. They only scheduled two guys working for a Monday morning with one being brand new and not knowing how to make the drinks which means the other guy can only make the drinks and he is the only one who can take the orders through the drive thru. They need to schedule better. I was able to get the donuts I wanted but they were stale. After placing my order inside and getting the donuts I waited another 10 minutes for my drink which I never got because I had to get to work and did not want to wait around another 10 min before I got it. Went back later after work to talk to a manager but they didn’t have one on staff at that moment and they had nobody to refund the coffee drink either which makes no sense to have nobody on staff for that whole time being able to do that cuz I went back 6 hours later. It was still the same workers or worker.

Absolutely disgusting service at Washington Street in racine wi. Went 2 mornings in a row, did not get orders right even after trying to correct them. Very poor attitudes from employees… would recommend going somewhere else

My favorite thing about this Dunkin is that they are always quick, open later than others, and make their drinks and food delicious. If you have a bad experience with Dunkin, then you should definitely check this location out and maybe get some Ice Cream from Basking Robbins as well!

I couldn’t believe how few donuts were available on a Sunday afternoon – I truly thought people were going to come to blows trying to get the last chocolate filled donut! If you’re open, you should make sure you have a selection of donuts available.

The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and for my taste, they put too much cream cheese on the bagel. I ordered a coffee as it sounded interesting but, didn’t like it.
