Great place, wasn’t busy at all since I went towards closing time. Donuts were no longer freshly made but it still was soft and delicious.

Every single time I visit this location their beyond rude and disrespectful towards their customers and extremely racists. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life over a frozen beverage because I was late for pickup! I spoke with customer care and was told there’s know where in their police’s that states a beverage can’t be remade due to it being melted and me arriving late for pickup. I literally feel their racist both of the young lady’s I encountered should be fired for discrimination against a paying customer. I will never visit this location again. And it’s so unfortunate my children are crying because all they wanted was a snack and now we have to go else where due to Ashley, Santiago and rude drive thru cashier.

They are very rude, made angry gestures and faces towards me when asking them to fix my drink that he didn’t want to take the time to listen to when I ordered it. Had to have them remake it 3 times, then manager brings out the drink for the 3rd time with an attitude.

Ordered a brown butter toffee latte and there was no flavor once I tasted it. It was disgusting. Called to inform them I reached my destination for the night and I didn’t have time to go back. Asked if I could grab it at a later time. They refused to do anything and said that I would have to wait for a manager the following day. Wouldn’t take any of my information and wouldn’t even give me a first name so I can tell the manager who I spoke with. They also never gave me a receipt. Luckily I have the mobile app so I can prove I ordered my drink. Terrible customer service.

I arrived at 5:20am to see the front door locked. Employees were inside and the drive-thru was open. They refused to open the dining room doors. The hours listed on Google and on the official Dunkin’ website are 5am to 8pm. There was no signage saying the dining room was closed — the employees simply chose not to open it. If you are going to list your hours, then be open those hours. I went two blocks away to Starbucks, whose dining room was open and serving per their listed hours.

I asked the cashier if they could warm up the muffin and she told me no which was a lie because I’ve ordered a muffin from there before and asked for it to be warmed up and it was done I’am sick and tired of these employees giving low budget customer service. STARBUCKS WOULD NEVER!!!

decided to skip the gas station cuz I didn’t need gas and go to Dunkin to get some delicious coffee and use the restroom. Only to find that they are drive-thru only now and have a long line. I mean if Starbucks can have people come inside to get their delicious treat why can’t Dunkin donuts? Lame.
