Placed an order online for 2 dozen donuts. Got there to pickup and they said they didn’t have my order even though I showed them the confirmation. Made me pay for 2 dozen more donuts. I now have duplicate charges and they won’t refund the money. You messed up and double charged me but wont give me my money back!? This is rediculous and should be investigated….Called corporate and they won’t refund it either since its over $15.

Well, have a gift card so i figyred why noy try again? Oh brother. Even worse this time. The employee was very rude. And the food wasnt very hot or appealing. Hashbrowns burnt and you can see the sandwich. Looks like playdo. Unfortunately, still have money to spend there. Just be careful.
Not very friendly. Food? $4.50 for a piece of toast with a smear of avocado . Really? It didn’t even taste worth $1.50! Have giftvcard to spend there still and have no clue what to order based in that. Definite no go!

Just went through the drive through ordered a small brown sugar expresso and a bacon, egg and cheese. I was not told the total while ordering. Server was hard to understand when he said the total at the window. I was not given a receipt. I my alert for my card said I was charged $11.53. I order the same thing but a medium at a different location on Saturday and it was only $9.79. The croissant was black it was so burnt.

I received three very burned and blackened breakfast croissant sandwiches that were inedible and had to be thrown out. Corporate had this store contact me but only received a short apology email. No refund for food that couldn’t be eaten. Very dissatisfied.

New review from 30 minutes ago with picture. Would you believe the three faintly pink frosted donuts are supposed to look like the bold color next to it? And the why do they all look sweaty? It’s 50 degrees and raining so not like it’s hot out. Stale donuts, muffin is very dry. The date labels for everything are all blank so I’ll guess it’s day old everything and gross as heck. Yet again spending $35 to be disappointed. Good service but the food is ridiculous.

I orded two hot drinks, I got them and they were cold as if it wasnt warmed one bit. Went back and he remade them but brought them up and couldn’t remember what I ordered again. Latte and americano. He screwed up the names the first time and this remade time. Not sure who my americano was whipped but I guess it’s different everywhere. Slow service like they are always missing a person or two. Someone did a mobile order for two coffee drinks and she had to wait a good 10 minutes still. You can order ahead but it’s ever ready. I would rather go to Caribou a little further away than here.
