Terrible service, my order was mixed up with another customers and was out of the blend. They were going to start fresh brew but lady walked in and asked for hers they told her they were out and gave her something else. Meanwhile I’m waiting and they ask after a few minutes and say I’m waiting for the midnight. And they realize I witnessed them lying to another customer cus they did not want to start another brew. I have gotten regular couple of times instead of midnight through drive through and now I see why. They need to serve what is ordered not make excuses because they don’t want to start a fresh brew.

It was someone’s birthday at the office and they brought in three dozen Dunkin’ Donuts! They were almost all gone within 5 minutes. Apparently everyone must have liked them. I know that my chocolate covered sprinkled donut was delicious. I love Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Mmmm!!!

I’m really disappointed to have paid for a large latte and get one that’s half full. I notice it’s lighter than usual but it’s not a huge deal, when I go to take a sip I realize I have to tilt the cup halfway and it’s still not even touching my lips, I open it and it looks like this, literally half full. Why would I want to pay for a large when this is what I get. I had already driven away so that’s awesome too! 😐

This location is essentially closed during construction. But they don’t have that listed in the app, allowing you to order, pay and have no way to get your order. Sure, they’re open to the construction workers. But there is no where to park, and access to the building is extremely limited. They also turned off their phone so you can’t call to ask them to refund the money spend on an order you can’t get.

Just tried the new Sabrina Carpente and it was so good. It’s super sweet and creamy—like a strawberry milkshake but iced and lighter you can tell there was passionate enough workers to make it. The bagel bites were warm and definitely a great snack. Also the workers were quick and got everything right even during the rush. Solid experience all around. super clean too 10/10
