The team that is managed by Melissa does a great job. They are happy, patient, friendly. They make me feel like they want to help. The food is always good. The donut display is set up beautifully and eye appealing.

I went to Dunkin’ after almost 10 years and quickly remembered why i chose not to go there as soon as the young gentleman who strongly dislikes his job started taking care of me. As a customer I really don’t enjoy when a miserable employee helps me and I doubt anybody would appreciate that. I was the only customer inside and while the drive through employees were working like a bee , he was taking his sweet time. Getting a box of coffee and some bakery items took 20 minutes and I had to remind him everything he needs to give me with my order. At the end I thanked him while he should have been the one who should’ve thanked me. He completely ignored me so I thanked him again and a nice lady working with him realized his lack of customer service skills and thanked me for my business. I really hope the manager would help him improve his customer service skills as it is unfair for customers to feel his misery or his coworkers to work with someone very lazy when they are running around. This interaction bothered me so much.

It would be best to avoid this location at all costs. The manager does not wear gloves when prepping food! That is disgusting! The rest of the staff do! The manager is always loudly yelling at the staff. Then, today my drink tasted like vomit. I had to throw it out. I hope the great staff members there are able to get out of that place and find something better. I’m done.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and have consistently witnessed an issue that needs to be addressed. The manager on duty often yells at staff, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment—not just for employees but also for customers like myself who witness it.
On several occasions, I’ve noticed her reprimanding two young women (they look like they could be sisters) in an unprofessional manner. She gives conflicting instructions—telling them to go to one station, then later scolding them for not being at another. I even heard her say, “Why can’t you stay in your stations?” after she had just redirected them herself. That kind of treatment seems unfair and counterproductive.
Despite this, those two employees consistently do a great job. Their work is professional, and they handle orders efficiently and accurately. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for others I’ve encountered at this location—some orders made by other staff have been noticeably lower in quality.
I also asked an employee for the names of those two staff members and the manager, but they told me they were not allowed to give out that information. I understand privacy policies, but as a concerned customer trying to leave constructive feedback, it makes it harder to ensure the right people are recognized—or held accountable. In this review, I would love to use the names of those who are doing a professional job and those who are not, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get them.
I don’t want to leave a one-star review, because those two employees clearly care about their work and make a positive difference. However, if this management issue isn’t addressed, I fear this location will start losing loyal customers. The current manager does not appear to have the leadership skills needed for that role, and it’s affecting both staff morale and the overall customer experience.
Please take this feedback seriously—it’s coming from someone who values good service and wants to continue supporting this location.

I’ve literally never had experience so bad I had to write a review before. I went in twice and each time specified my order. I go before work and TWICE NOW they have had to completely remake my drink. I specify each time that I need almond milk and no whip, it’s not like I’m ordering a million things. They can’t even get that right.

Landon made my visit to Dunkin’ Donuts such a positive experience! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and was quick to take care of my order. He was patient, kind, and made great recommendations that I really enjoyed. Everything came out perfectly, and his upbeat attitude truly brightened my morning. My coffee was made completely incorrect, tasted terrible and was missing the creamer and flavoring asked for. Took a while for someone to take my order then once I got to the window the person working the drive through was very uninterested. Food was good and what I asked for.
