I had the opportunity to stop at this location. They didn’t have what I initially wanted on hand, wasn’t too upset about it. I ordered something else was happy with what I got. My wife and I ordered ice coffee, and it was great! I was not impressed with the face-to-face service. I think we waited for 15 minutes before someone got to us. Overall, I’d visit again but I think id stick to drive-thru. They seem to give them priority over people inside.

Horrible place to go these days. They don’t listen to your customizations. They burn food every time. The people who take orders barely speak English let alone understand what we say. I ordered 1 drink and the guy didn’t charge the people in front of me so he charged me for their food and my drink! He tried sending me off without a receipt so I asked for it and he had to get it out of the garbage and I told him I want my money back and no manager in site and he didn’t know what to do! He never gave me the correct amount back because he didn’t do the math! Horrible place to go. It should be shut down if they can’t hire properly and never have a manager in the building.

PARENTS – do not let your children work here. This is a very poorly run business. My child was paid incorrectly more than once, often worked with no manager including having to close the store alone at 15 years old. We never received a W2 for tax purposes. I called several times and went into the store and the manager was never there and we never received the form. DO NOT WORK HERE.

I love dunkin donuts but this location is struggling so bad. No manager on site when I asked if I could speak to one to help the girl with scanning my app. There’s also a huge language barrier it seems every time I go there and my drink is never made how it should be. Send them some help!

Waiting for 20 mins in the drive-through! Then probably another 5-10 mins waiting at the window. Our food was cold and one of the drinks were wrong. So I went inside to ask for a refund, and they’re response was “They don’t do refunds but we will remake the drink again.” I didn’t want that because we waited so long I just wanted to leave! I asked the man if I could speak to his manager and he said she isn’t on site. So then he calls her. She didn’t help at all. He gave me his OWN MONEY. I was grateful for that but the manager there should have given me my money back, not the employee. Very disappointing!

Stopped for coffee and also bought two donuts. The coffee was fresh and the server added the proper amount of creamer. Very tasty bakery and was not stale and seemed like it was baked that morning. Great if you’re in a hurry and can go through the drive up. Next time would like to try breakfast sandwiches.

Attempted to get take out service today, and they had only two employees working the drive through. The two employees would not even acknowledge the take out line, so everyone left. Terrible service.

People with dairy allergies, BEWARE! We have never had a good experience here. Multiple times, they have forgotten to put espresso in our lattes (HOW DO YOU DO THAT AT A CAFE?) and even worse when we ask for oat milk (specifically for a dairy allergy) they either forget to use oat milk or just put it in one of the lattes vs both like we had asked.

I always order Iced Carmel Macchiato from Dunkin in Waukesha, but when I go to the one in Oconomowoc, they never put enough coffee in it. There was only like one shot of espresso, and the rest was milk and Carmel. This place needs to be taught how to make coffee better.
