I usually love Dunkin, but there is a newer male worker who is extremely rude. I usually would not leave a review like this because I understand people have bad days, but every single time this guys is working at this location I have a negative experience. I order the same coffee all the time and it is always made differently and when I ask for any type of modification for my food I am always met with rolled eyes and a lot of attitude. This big corporation doesn’t need my money by any means but I personally will not be returning to this location. Would rather go out of the way to another location with kinder staff!

I used to love coming here for my morning coffee but recently I’ve noticed a change. The new employees are very rude to customers and don’t follow through with orders correctly. If approaching to correct a mistake they give a lot of attitude. This location also plays very non-kid friendly music with topics about murder and suicide. If you’re looking for service pick a different location until this is handled.

I’ve visited this location three times now, and each time the service has been subpar. I asked for very simple drinks but ended up getting the wrong thing twice in two visits. The final straw was today. I only come to this location because it’s close to my job. I opened the door, not realizing it was intentionally locked, so I pulled a little harder, and the door broke open. I entered and was greeted by an employee with what I personally thought was an annoyed look on their face, as if I had inconvenienced them by coming inside the store in the first place. They told me in a very quiet tone of voice, or perhaps slurring their words, that either the store was closed or the dining room was closed but the drive-thru was still open. Either way, I couldn’t tell because I personally could not see a sign that indicated that. If there was, I apologize for my mistake. Look, I understand that stores can be understaffed and that we are human and we make mistakes, but this is ridiculous.

If my fiance and I could give negative stars we would. We ordered our drink and food but could hardly hear the male through the intercom, when we asked if he could repeat himself numerous times a female replied being EXTREMELY rude and proceeded to yell at us. This Dunkin location has gone downhill in the last few months and we will never be back which is disappointing. Beware when coming to this location because none of the workers should be in customer service.

Don’t even bother coming here after 11, it’s only one guy working and the coffee tastes terrible I ask for cream and sugar and all I get is black coffee with sugar sitting at the bottom. The food is cold and was probably cooked by the last shift and then sat there. If you go through the drive through you can’t hear him at all because he’s talking so quiet. Been here about 6 times now around 12 with this guy working and everytime it is terrible.

Says to call about allergens but doesn’t answer the phone. When asked for a refund because they put cheese on my sandwich (dairy allergy) after selecting no cheese they told me to call customer service because they could not issue a refund since it was a mobile order. When I asked for the customer service phone number they responded with “I don’t have it. You have it.” Jesus the manager was also very passive aggressive.

I have ordered ten times at this place they always mess up my order. Never have the order accurate and never give the complete items. I ordered bagels today and got no cream cheese and the attitude from the staff was disgusting. I will not be going back. Bagels were as hard as rocks.
