Ordered a coffee and sandwich. The coffee tasted like straight water and the bagel was completely burnt. Contacted them almost three weeks ago asking for a refund and the communication has been terrible.

Almost the entire of my order was drenched in the latte that i ordered, making nearly half of the order soiled and inedible. furthermore, the one sandwich that was perfectly fine was wrong. i ordered a bacon egg and cheese with American cheese and a toasted croissant, i was given the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich with white cheddar. unless some serious changes are made im not ordering here again.

everyone who works here is way too busy with the drive-through line to notice they even have customers in the store. They need more help. My sandwich was an English muffin right out of a bag untoasted with a cold slice of cheese I was gonna throw it out the window, but I don’t think the squirrels would’ve even eaten it

Ordered a 10 count of GLAZED munchkins and they literally gave me just plain munchkins. Went inside and complained, and they said “well yeah we’re out of glaze” like I was supposed to just know that from the drive through??
