Ordered 2 chocolate long johns this morning and received this mess. With no napkins… Not the first time this has happened. Customer service wanted to know if 250 rewards points was a good replacement.. really?? Staff is happy and friendly but it will be awhile before I go back. Beware!!

Every time I come here they are severely understaffed. Today there was a lobby full of people a full drive thru line and multiple to go orders coming in and the 2 poor employees are running back and forth like chickens with their heads cut off. We have tried to give this location many chances. Every time there are rarely any donuts. Assorted munchkins was just 2 and only donut had left at 9am was sprinkle. How can a donut place not have donuts? Ones we have gotten don’t even seem fresh.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a drink that was already made and sitting inside. Had to go inside to get new drink made as “they didn’t see it” and then proceeded to walk out to my car with the drink I just went inside to get. 5 cars came and gone behind me. Will not be coming back.

Don’t go to this location. I’ve been going to this Dunkin since it opened a year ago & now I feel inclined to write about it. I’ve had orders messed up every other time I go here. I’ve ordered simple drinks that are clearly made wrong, or worse, not at all when I go to pickup. Today I waited a half hour for a latte after ordering through the app. I was told twice it was going to be “right out” before I complained to the register & got it in less than a minute. Completely disorganized & lacking staff to have a quick or pleasant experience.

There were two people working, and as a line formed inside, they were solely focused on completing drive-through orders. They didn’t acknowledge the presence of anyone waiting in line. Once they finished with the line of cars, one of the staff members came to the register and acted like he would rather be anywhere else. It felt like we were inconveniencing him by ordering.
2 stars instead of 1 only because the donut I had was at least relatively fresh, and the group I was with enjoyed their ice cream. I doubt we’ll ever return to this location.

I stopped in to get some long johns and a caramel crazed iced latte. Not my usual store but I was in the area. I sipped my drink and realized there was no sweetened syrup in it. I get this drink because I like very sweetened coffee drinks. I go back as I was still close by. It has happened before, rarely, at other locations were they used the unsweetened syrup by accident. When that happens, they usually apologize and remake the drink, no problem. I understand the occasional accident happens and I calmly explain the drink was incorrect. The girl with the septum piercing kept insisting that she had added the correct syrup, but would add more if I wanted. After the third round of saying it’s not correct and her insisting it was, I just left, because it was clear she would not except an error could possibly have been made and I did not believe it would be corrected. I went by the Dunkins by my house, ordered the same drink, and wouldn’t you know it, it was sweet! Avoid this location if you want good service.

This location is terrible. We’ve given them multiple chances since their open a year ago because it is so convenient as far as location and price go. However, they can’t seem to get a single thing right. 7/10 times we go, the order is messed up. One time, we took a sip out a pumpkin drink and my partner goes “Uhm, this is raspberry?” And they all just laughed and pointed. We left immediately. Today, after waiting 40 minutes and being told 3 separate times our order was being taken care of, we finally got our drinks, which were again made without care and decided that this was our last visit here.
