Got a iced latte inside the store today. The manager who was sitting down got up and took my order then went a sat back down. She proceeded to rudely speak to the other employees about how 60 seconds for a iced latte is too long, then she continued to be little them and talk bad about other employees all while sitting on her behind and playing on her phone. I hope the employees leave and find another job. Its not worth it. Also 60 seconds for a iced latte is not enough time. You forced your employees to rushed and do a bad job. The drink was gross. Clearly you only care about looking good on paper and not to the customer.

Not the best thing I won’t be coming back as, we came in to drive through and got up to window to pay we were quickly rushed through before we could set our drinks down and when they finally brought us our food they had burnt the hash browns and no sauce or anything on the bagel sandwiches extremely dry tots were greasy

Yesterday I went to this location and was instantly greeted with the worst customer service “I’ll be with you when I can” then was told they did not have the drink I ordered even though I read it off the menu. When I corrected her she rudely took the rest of my order and handed out the drinks, one of our drinks was missing espresso and tasted like straight milk while the other was supposed to be a Dunkalatte and was not. They also forgot our donut and told us they had given it to us when they did not. We were given the donut eventually and told they would not remake our drinks after Stacy rolled her eyes and told us no. She was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have experienced. The service here is always terrible and it is never customer first service. All the workers here are mean and act like customers are an inconvenience and are always out of ingredients and making drink inconsistently. I will not be back and this location needs to figure it out.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever visited. There were multiple issues from start to finish. One employee was visibly sick and repeatedly coughing into her hand, which was very concerning. There was little to no basic interaction with customers, and I had to wait an unusually long time just to place my order. On top of that, the staff was consistently impolite. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

This is by far the worst Dunkin in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. They never get mobile orders right. I don’t even think they look at them. I asked for extra flavor syrup and I can barely taste it which tells me they do not pay attention to orders. I would recommend going to any other Dunkin. It’s worth the drive to make sure you get what you pay for.

I went to Dunkin on broadway got 2 pumpkin spice latte they didint put no cinnamon on nothing top like how picture looks I got 2 work and tasted like just straight milk no flavor whatsoever im not one to complain but I go there all the time n its allways hit or miss n I call the manager to see if I can get my money back n she was just so rude !over the phone explaining how she made it n made it right and that there’s no way it taste like that but if it tasted good I wouldint have called ? but don’t look or taste nothing like it I will no longer be going here again so disappointing ..

horrible restaurant and management, cant keep employees due to improper management, nothing is deep cleaned regularly or thoroughly since certain employees left. current employees have terrible attitudes and dont know how to properly deal with customers, often refusing simple requests and holding up long lines. service lines are often DISGUSTING and never deep cleaned properly. most deep cleaning may not directly affect customers, but the milk, espresso, and coffee machines sure do and are downright horrible (see another review for an even worse pic!). milk machines need cleaned at least every 3 days, provided there are no spills, yet its obvious that hasnt been happening. again, overall disgusting

Last night, my daughter and I stopped for coffee and used the drive through.
Unfortunately, the employee who took our order had a noticeably poor attitude, which made the interaction feel disrespectful and unpleasant. We felt rushed and a little upset as well. However, when we reached the window to pay, the younger employee who assisted us was very kind and professional, and she left a positive impression. While we appreciated it.
The overall experience was disappointing. This location would benefit from more consistent customer service and employees who maintain a respectful and positive attitude.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced.Employres are rude and seem as if they dont like there jobs. Food quality is mediocre at best. You are lucky if you food comes out hot and your drinks come out correct. I also get the impression that the manger has hired family members.
