I went to Dunkin’ Donuts craving a simple pleasure: intact donuts. What I received instead was a box of smooshed regret. My donut looked like it had been sat on, argued with, and then gently placed in the bag as if I wouldn’t notice.
Looks like I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this location.

My last straw for Dunkin’ was today I went in and got a coffee and coffee tasted like they leave the milk out and the espresso for hours!!! The donuts are so stale.. the store smells so bad like mold. EVERYTIME I order here it’s sooooo slow and the coffee tastes terrible. I use to love dunkin but it changed when the blonde manager left. I’ve been going to 7 brew now and it’s way better for the same price, amazing customer service unlike this crappy place.

The workers at this Dunkin are always kind and efficient. This Dunkin use to be super slow in the morning but they have improved on that so much. I go on my way to work around 6:50am and if there is a line- it goes very quickly.
My drinks also taste the same each time I order them. The staff is always friendly and respectful.

I go to this Dunkin almost every day. I get the same thing: a sausage croissant sandwich, hashbrowns, a glazed donut, and and Iced Coffee with caramel.
The hashbrowns aren’t always super hot, but the sandwich is delicious and the donuts are yummy.
My iced coffee doesn’t always have the same flavor, but it’s still my favorite. But I get the same thing hot and it always hits the spot.
The employees are always very nice and welcoming. My order is ready when I pull up and I’m greeted with a “good morning!”
With it being the only one in the area, expect it to be busy at peak times. Otherwise super quick service!

This Dunkin location has really turned around with their quality and service! I’ll admit, I did take a break from going to this location. However, since this past October, they’ve turned things around and have been great quality and service wise!
Usually, at least once a week, I’ll place a mobile order for pickup: iced coffee — and the occasional breakfast sandwich. Every time, I’m greeted by one of the two ladies I normally see working there in the mornings, and both are welcoming, kind, and polite! Since October, I haven’t had any issues with my orders and my coffee always tastes great!
It seems like many people have stopped coming to this location since this past summer, I’d highly recommend giving this location another chance as it seems majority of issues people were experiencing have been resolved. Also, general reminder to just be kind!

The management and employees are always wonderful! I’ve never had any problems with my orders. If something wasn’t right I know they would make it right for me. The staff are always sweet and very polite. Keep up the good work!

Does management even care about this Dunkin?? It was our first time visiting today. Ordered 2 coffees, a donut and a plain bagel.
The coffees were two of the worst coffees we’ve ever had. We had to go home and add additional cream and sugar to make it somewhat edible. Beyond that, they forgot my bagel and I had to remind them of it.
I came home to read the reviews and it seems my experience is a common occurrence at this shop. Clearly management does not care. Most likely makes their revenue from first-time unsuspecting randoms (like myself) rather than repeat customers.
I won’t be returning to this Dunkin. God only knows if management will ever make any meaningful improvements. I won’t bother visiting again to find out.
But the dining room was clean.

My go to every morning coffee place ! I love the staff here!! They’re so kind, and my coffee is ALWAYS made just how I like it ! I will always recommend coming to Dunking donuts on Ankeny Blvd.
