I had an amazing experience with the drive thru. Not only was the service speedy, the employees were friendly. I wish she had a name tag but the Indian woman who was working the drive thru today when I came was very sociable and I appreciated the good service.

Really put off when I saw the guy drop a cup on the floor, pick it up and put it on the counter. Then while waiting for my coffee he used the cup for someone’s drive through order… gross! Won’t be back!

A year or so ago they completely changed the staff and ever since the service as been slow and poor. From getting orders wrong over to simply taking forever to hand over my items. Overall, I’d say its location while nice on campus options will be more beneficial for students then here.

I have been going to this Dunkin regularly for two years and the staff is always amazing! They’re so kind and great at what they do! The management seems really great. The drinks and food are great, but I wish the drinks could be consistent. I really notice this because I always get the same drink. I have heard that Dunkin doesn’t give their employees clear recipes for drinks and I really wish they would! It would make a big difference with consistency.

Honestly pretty good for what it is (counter serve chain cafe / bakery). Ate in, and service was quick + polite, donuts and sandwich were good. They have a wide variety of donuts.My only gripe is with the pricing. Almost $7 for a breakfast sandwich (that was partially burned ☹️) seems high. Overall good for a chain of this size.

This is a great location found just off of Iowa State’s Campus. The staff are very polite and full orders quickly. The donut selection is exactly what you expect from Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin that I have found in the area.

Love this location near campus. I meet clients here to discuss their wedding over coffee. Always love the wake up wrap and hash browns. Try to change up my coffee choices, always get the french crueller with chocolate drizzle when I want a donut though. Only downside here seems frequent espresso machine breakdown. Hence the 4 instead of 5 for inconvenience, but otherwise great!
