I usually never leave bad reviews. But, man. I came through on 12/26. I ordered a large hot latte with skim milk, add raspberry and vanilla. This was probably the worst coffee I have ever had. And I’ve drank hospital coffee. I’m not sure how they managed to make coffee taste like burnt hot water but man. Waste of $6. I had two sips and that was enough.

Stopped here for a breakfast. Got the dough sandwich with a latte. Check it out…oh woops I ate it too fast! If you are looking for real food that is made fast come here. They have the best breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is good too. Excellent customer service they are always working. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone looking for good breakfast food!

We ordered a dozen donuts and munchkins. They said they were out of two types of the donuts and would sub for those. We’re like ok cool. We open the box and they have no long johns at all which we weren’t told and substituted sprinkled donuts for those, without telling us. They skipped the creme filled and subbed all pumpkin with no reasoning or telling us. They were out of the 10 pack of munchkins I bought and gave me a single pumpkin donut for that. So we ended up with 4 vanilla sprinkled, 3 pumpkin, and 4 strawberry no sprinkles when we ordered totally different donuts than that. Sad. Boo.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered on the app the night before so I would make sure to get the special edition, Valentine’s Day donut. They charged my account and said I could pick it up at the time I put down. I get there and go to the pick up area and tell them I am here to get my donuts I pre ordered. They the told me they are out of the donuts I already paid for!! They told me I could get something else but all the other donuts they had I didn’t want. I am very upset since I was looking forward to eating the donuts I paid for in advance. I believe the people who pre pay on the app should get the donuts/food they ordered.

today for a coffee and all I gotta say is that my first experience at Dunkin Donuts was terrible!
I was there around 4pm to 6pm (time frame) to get a coffee. The lady that ” helped” me was rude and inpatient.
She was in a rush to get off work and didn’t care what I wanted to say, and she absolutely didn’t listen.
I was trying to use my free coffee reward, and I asked for a Caramel crazed latte. The lady told me I wasn’t able to get that use that reward cause it had expresso in it.
She was really rude and said well you can’t get that drink because it has expresso, I told I understand that and I would like to look at the menu some more.
Well I’m blind but not blind blind the menu was small and wasn’t able to read anything so I got into the app to see everything better, as I was looking in the app I heard her make the drink that I wasn’t allowed to get with my rewards, so I sat down and waited for my drink to be made, I had told her 2 to 3 time that I didn’t want the drink and was looking for a drink that I can use with the rewards.
She made the drink and told my husband that the total was $7.47, I was beyond annoyed and angry that she made the drink even though I told her not to.
After we left she was definitely in a hurry to leave.
If she would’ve calmed down and listened I wouldn’t have to send this

The Altoona Dunkin must of went through an ownership change. The staff and management have been terrible the last few visits that I just had to post. Most recent visit on Saturday ordered 3 $6 meal deals. Mobile order went in to pick up sandwiches they were ready coffee drinks were not. Staff began to argue amongst themselves in front of me that they made the drinks and clearly they were not there. Drinks were remade in a rush. Came home tried mine tasted like water no coffee or flavoring at all had to dump it. Went through my order missed the hash browns for the meals. Worst 20 bucks ever spent.

I have ordered ahead from this Dunkin many times and have never had any issues… but today was AWFUL. I sat at the drive thru for about 4 minutes and no one spoke to take my order, so I went inside and there was one lady working… very slowly. She took about another 4 minutes to put a dozen donuts into a box, all while on the phone with a friend. At this point I was just going to tell them to cancel my order bc I had to get to work, but the worker wouldn’t acknowledge me so I just had to stand there. It took 9 minutes and the 6 am worker to come in to even think about starting my order. Ended up waiting 13 minutes and being late for work all for a refresher and a 10 ct donut hole. Will not be returning anytime soon!

There is one gentleman working while the others stand around talking and giggling.
Not only did it take several minutes to answer the drive through, but then I waited another 10 minutes at the window watching the girls just giggle and completely ignore me. There was no one else in the store and I was the only one in the driver through. Their conversation was more important than I tip, i guess?
Thanks to the guy who eventually came from the back to help me. You deserve better coworkers!

Not friendly workers treat there Job as a chore and not enlightening and won’t answer there phones. Ruined my coffee they answered then hung up on me. What a very unpredictable and unprofessional store was great when the man was working there now it’s gone to shit 100% dont recommend this dunkin

I had placed a mobile order and approached the drive thru and mentioned my order number and name and I was told “we don’t go by order number” what’s the name that I had to repeat 3 times. I then approached the drive thru window and the gal handed me the box and not a word from her nor receipt (this associate 110% lacks customer service). Got my order home and I did not receive my full order again lack of customer service. This was a major disappointment establishment and would not recommend.
