Went tonight (1/3, around closing time) Employees were rude while taking my order and I pulled around and then the young lady at the window was impolite. The last girl, who handed us our final drink slammed the window closed. I ordered a hot drink, came iced, drinks were also definitely made wrong but didn’t go back through due to uncomfortability with the Staff.

This is my go to place for coffee. I was a devout Starbucks customer but could no longer justify the price especially when the mixture of the drink would be so different each time I went. The employees here are the best, so kind, personable, and welcoming. The app is easy to use and the wait time is unbeatable I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes and thats on a busy day! The quality of the drinks are great every single time and the price is very reasonable. Love love love my Dunkin peeps!

I forgot to ask for a pup cup at the drive thru intercom. I get up to the window and ask for a pup cup and – since when do they charge for a pup cup, which is a coffee lid with whipped cream? This does not support customer loyalty at all.

Edit: Really sad that the majority of the 5-star reviews are from employees. This place is brand new and almost down to a whopping 2-star average. End of edit.
A complete waste of money. Came here around 9 AM for breakfast, and ordered the Breakfast Sandwhich on sourdough and the Bacon + egg croissant. Both sandwiches came without any cheese or any sauce, and were incredibly dry and tasteless. Never coming back.

Stopped here this morning before heading out on our trip , staff was extremely rude , when asked if they had blond espresso we were told “ no that’s Starbucks “ , when in fact I own a coffee shop in my town and we offer blond espresso. Now we will go to Starbucks because the pumpkin spice lattes are bitter and not stirred.
