I was so excited to get a Cookie Butter Latte. I buy It a lot and know how it should taste. The coffee I was given was not the correct color nor did it taste well. It tasted really bad and had way too much expresso in it. The barista who cashed me out, was very rude. When she handed me my cash and drink she slammed the window closed and didn’t say anything else after I had told her thank you. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Dunkin Donuts in my hometown so I was suprised to say the least when my coffee tasted horrible and the service was not well.

I would like to report serious concerns about the management and operations at this Dunkin location.
During my visits, the working environment appeared extremely unprofessional and chaotic. Staff often looked severely sleep-deprived and under significant stress, which raises concerns about whether employees are being treated fairly and whether proper food safety standards are consistently followed.
I am also concerned that some workers at this location may be working off the books or “under the table.” If this is happening, it raises questions about labor practices, accountability, and customer safety.
Customers should be able to trust that a food establishment is operating responsibly and that employees are properly trained and working under legal and safe conditions. I strongly encourage a review or inspection of this location to ensure compliance with labor and food safety standards.

I absolutely adore their meal deals, and the matcha is simply fantastic. While the food may not be the most exquisite in terms of taste, it certainly gets the job done. Plus, you can’t beat a good deal.

The Dunkin’ Donuts on Whites Road and Westnedge is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Their coffee always tastes like it’s burnt. They don’t follow sanitation guidelines. Employees are very rude. I can go on and on, but if you have visited this particular location, you all understand.

What has happened to this franchise? Filled doughnuts sometimes are only partially filled, Old Fashioned aren’t anything but plain doughnuts without any toppings. Poor advanced corporate investigating I suspect, as well as poor marketing. Their days were numbered a while ago at this juncture.

It only takes one to ruin everything. There’s one guy there that can’t get a grasp on vanilla or sugar. He only knows half & half. And if you order your coffee hot/french vanilla with cream and sugar, he’s only going to put that half and half in there. And when you tell him it’s wrong he’s just gonna give you 3 sugar packets instead of fixing the coffee. He also doesn’t understand how a grilled cheese sandwich is made. The bread wasn’t even grilled. The cheese and only the cheese was. Like someone took a blow torch to it and just said screw the rest. I didn’t say anything after he gave me the 3 sugar packets cuz honestly I’m not just gonna stand around and be a Karen. But hopefully they do something about him soon, or at least train him on how to read coffee orders because vanilla and sugar evade this guy each time. Also, they have this weird habit of always assuming you want your coffee cold, even when you specify that you want hot coffee, there have been several times they’ve tried to give me iced coffee instead. I’ve added photos of that “grilled cheese” I was talking about. The only thing I recommend about this place is the donuts because at least they can’t mess that up (yet)

What I got vs. What I ordered. It’s just a foam texture with no flavor I had to throw it in the trash. Almost every single time I’ve ordered from this location they didn’t send the right items or just missed items entirely.
Edit: Today I tried again and they gave me the meat omelette when I ordered the vegetarian one. I went back and she told me it was discontinued. I was there in person while she made my order and instead of telling me then she just gave me the one with meat. I’m a life long vegetarian and didn’t realize until I took a bite. Just skip this location entirely. They haven’t gotten better and the one across town never misses.

Worst experience ever at this Dunkin’ ! I used to come to this Dunkin back in high school like everyday . Now this is terrible ! Today i went to Dunkin and asked for 2 glazed and 2 chocolate with sprinkles he gives me two strawberry and vanilla with chocolate frosting . Not what I ordered so I get back in line and wait my turn all over again . When he gets to me he decided to turn away and they to finish drink orders like he don’t see me standing there with the wrong order . I had to step up and say excuse me you given me the wrong order he going to say “ shhh “ and snatched the bad and give me ONLY TWO GLAZED DONUTS!! I will not be returning to this establishment I hope someone owns this business and gets some new staff .

Took my children there to pick donuts and when we got in we were greeted by not one or two employees but 4! Asked what can we get and I asked for a moment they all stood there staring at us oddly! After picking our donuts we headed to the car to check them out just to find hair on them! Maybe hair nets should be a thing do to them all having long hair!
