ordered on grub hub. received my large latte that contained more air than a bag of chips. i know steaming milk causes foam. i know the liquid is not going to be up to the rim. although, 5 oz of liquid?? in a LARGE?? this isn’t the first time they’ve skimped, it sure is the worst though. i will not be going back. if i wanted to pay for air, id go on a cross country vacation, not East Lansing.

We think they water down the frosting for donuts. It’s so light you can see through it. Almost like a glaze rather than a frosting. It’s pretty disingenuous to cheat your customers in order to save a few bucks.

I want to take a moment to recognize [ “K“an amazing employee”] at this Dunkin. Their customer service was outstanding—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, she kept a smile on their face and made the experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and kind employees. Thank you for starting my day off right!

The manager needs to hire more employees. There was only two workers and about 8 customers in this cramped lobby. The phone was ringing the whole time (nobody answered) and both workers preparing orders while the customers were waiting to place their order.

Horrible service! Ordered a large Cold brew, menu says “with sweet cream foam”, basically the whole point of getting a Cold Brew, get to the window and was handed a large iced coffee, I asked “where’s the sweet cream foam?” Was told “oh you have to order that extra and there’s an additional charge”. Never will go there again! I’ll stick with Bigby and Starbucks.

It was a cold day when I went into this particular Dunkin’, I just wanted a hot chocolate to warm up with. The place was nice and clean. And the food was very fresh, and delicious. The employees were very courteous, and good at what they do. I recommend them to anyone looking for anything Dunkin’ Donuts serves.

Doughnuts are dry as can be! I’ve purchased for my kids, for coworkers and as a snack for staff at daycare.. everytime ROCK hard dry doughnuts… keep driving don’t waste your time

The cashier wouldn’t let me adjust or change my order BEFORE I had even paid. I had changed my mind about an item and asked that it be removed because I no longer wanted it. The cashier told me “we already started making it we can’t do that.” I said “I haven’t paid yet. I don’t want it. Please, take it off.” He said “no, we can’t do that.” In a spirited debate, he adamantly claimed “The customer is NOT always right.” I reassured him that I would not be paying for an item I do not want.
