This is the best Dunkin hands down! Staff here ate amazing, and you know what amazing staff makes?? Awesome Dunkin drinks and food. Always fast, always fun, polite, and best of all accurate on my orders. I pass other Dunkins just to come to this one. If you aren’t order the Berry Dunkin Energy drink from here, yiu are wrong.

Quick Service, But Lacked Personality
I stopped in at Dunkin’ Donuts and had an average experience overall. The service was fast, and my order was correct, which I definitely appreciate. The employee at the counter wasn’t rude at all—she did her job quickly and efficiently. However, what stood out to me was the lack of personality. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a very bland, disengaged demeanor.
While I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, a little bit of warmth or a smile goes a long way in customer service. It just felt like I was another transaction instead of a valued customer. No “hello,” no “have a good day,” just very minimal interaction.
That said, I’m giving 3 stars because there were no actual problems—the place was clean, the service was prompt, and the food was fine. It just would’ve been a much better experience with a little more energy or enthusiasm behind the counter. Hopefully next time the vibe is a bit more welcoming.

The Lake Orion Dunkin is older than the newer one in Oxford but it’s still nice.
