I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through and overall had a solid experience that matched what you’d expect from the brand. The drive-through line moved fairly quickly, even during a busy time, which is a big plus for anyone grabbing coffee on the go. The ordering process was smooth, and the staff member taking my order was polite, clear, and efficient.
When I reached the window, the employee was friendly and professional, which made the interaction pleasant despite it being a quick stop. My order was accurate, and everything was handed to me promptly without feeling rushed or careless.
The coffee was fresh, hot, and consistent with Dunkin’s usual flavor—reliable and exactly what I needed. The donuts were soft and fresh, not stale, which shows good turnover and attention to quality. Packaging was neat, and nothing was spilled or improperly sealed.
One small downside was that the menu board could be a bit overwhelming with promotions, making it slightly harder to decide quickly, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through delivered a convenient, fast, and friendly experience. It’s a dependable stop for coffee and breakfast when you’re short on time and want consistency.

Me and my friends went through the drive through and we ordered a total of 4 drinks, some hash browns, and a chocolate donut. They brought out the hash browns first and then it took them 10 min to bring out the first 2 drinks. They completely forgot about the other 2 and when we told them about the drinks, they brought them out and one of them had cold foam when I didn’t even ask for it. They also forgot about the donut, didn’t even bring that out to us. Not the best service i’ve ever received :/.

Turns out the tea is perfect. I enjoyed their bacon bits as well with a tummy take over. The holiday drinks are never bad in general. I am shooting for the stars with their decaf… of course I know I can make this recipe at home but this is more sweet & tasty than what I have going on for sure!

I ordered two bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and no egg because I’m allergic. I received my items with nothing on them. It was just a bagel. I paid $4 extra for the bacon. Not only that, they gave me day old donuts which what more can I expect from them. Very disappointed and I want my refund. I even gave them my bagel back because there was no bacon on them.. I got home to find out they never put bacon on it even AFTER I gave it back to them. I work hard for my money and I will never be going to Dunkin again. Given it’s probably just the location. I still don’t want to give my money to a company that doesn’t care about there customers.

The WORST OLD STALE food I have ever had in life. I ordered 2 orders of the snack’n bacon and 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps for my son and I through the drive thru. I have no idea where they got this bacon from or even if it was bacon but it was NOT edible. I took after taking one bite ( without looking which was my fault) I spit it out and looked in the bag. All old, dry over cooked bacon that was more like jerky. I took it back through the drive thru and they made me and my son come into the store to fix us a “fresh order” same nasty old bacon. Please send a health inspector to this location. Food is NOT up to par! I meed a refund and will NEVER visit this location again. I ONLY went because my usual location is being remodeled.

I am a big fan of this Dunkin! They have definitely made me crave Dunkin coffee over other big name coffee shops in our area! This is the kind of place where if you go on a regular basis, the workers end up remembering your name and order and are always kind and helpful. I always get a cold brew with a shot of espresso and it is consistently strong and delicious. They do a great job keeping the lobby clean and it always seems busy in there with families and business people. 5 star review. For sure come and check them out.

Literally come here once every 6 months whenever my daughter is craving a pink frosted donut. This is the third time they are “out” of them. It’s legitimately pictured 3 times on the drive thru board. This place never fails to let me down.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this location. Sometimes the service and food/drink are great but other times it’s poor. Rude staff at the window mostly. The food often tastes over done or just stale. Coffee is usually good. Today, the coffee is good!
