I came into the store put my order in got a dozen munchkins and white milk. The guy that took my order read it back you have glazed donut and chocolate milk. That wasn’t my order. So he went back packed my munchkins. . Then he told me I only got eight munchkins and we don’t serve white milk anymore. So he tried to charge me for 12 munchkins still and I only received eight.. no longer serving white milk,, So I got my money back. this place is a joke. This isn’t the only time it’s happened to me at this place

Overall very great experience. I just ordered through the kiosk they were out of straws but the employee was very nice and refilled it right away for me. Great prices on the coffee relatively cheap compared to other places. I got a frozen vanilla latte, and my friend got an iced butter pecan latte. Both were amazing. Would highly recommend

I had tried their new Dubai chocolate Sundae and OMG it was AMAZING Definitely need to try it and see for yourself!!! It’s Soo good!! Haven’t had Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin donuts in so long wish they were more in Northern Michigan had to go more down south like Clarkston, MI to find one. But still love it !!

There are literally 5 Dunkin Donuts within 6 miles. This one on M59 & Pontiac lake road is the worst one. They will upcharge you for every single thing they can. They fill the cups with ice, so the amount of iced coffee you get is barely half. They are the only ones who do this. They are careless, don’t pay attention and I’ve heard so many negative comments from previous employees. Go to the one on Dixie or M59 in White lake. They don’t upcharge for ANYTHING.

Any time a Dunkin’ has Boston Cream donuts in stock, they get an automatic five stars.
None of the ones by me ever do, and then I have to peel out of the drivethrough angry, which isn’t a good look. There’s no cool way to angrily drive away from a donut shop…you just look like an idiot.
Luckily, this one had the Boston Creams. Boom. Five stars. Bonus points for having them at 10pm.

Terrible service by the girl working the drive thru window in the morning. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts that they got wrong because they were laughing and joking, which I could hear through the speaker. I co firmed my order at the window and received the most condescending apology for getting and waiting another 10 minutes for the drinks to be made. Couldn’t ask a question or confirm anything after that. Pushed the drinks in my hands and left the window. This is the closest dunkin to me and I’ll never return to this location with service like that.

Honestly it’s not worth the trip. The manager rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed bc I wanted to speak with her. ITS YOUR JOB. We can all complain about the staff but when it comes down to it, it’s management that set the staff up for failure to begin with. I highly recommend biggby or Starbucks. They steal Starbucks drink ideas anyways!

This is the Dunkin that charges for EVERYTHING. the most expensive ever just for watered down drinks that don’t even have the customizations you’ve paid for. $1 for less ice but still receiving even MORE ice?? price gouging is greedy behavior over here. Worst location ever. Wouldn’t mind paying if the order actually came out correctly and tasted good since you guys want to compete to be the most expensive smh. GO TO THE ONE ON DIXIE, THEY ACTUALLY MAKE GOOD AND CORRECT DRINKS TO ORDER AND FOR GOD SAKES DONT CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMIZATIONS .

So she got one drink wrong twice. Both drinks were weak. If traffic would not have been so bad U would have went back and asked for a refund. She looked like she was having a bad day so I said I hope your day gets better She said I’m not having a bad day as If it offend her. Well my day wasn’t not as expected at Dunkin. Not Happy about paying almost $13.00 foe two weak coffee drinks.
