I never write reviews but this Dunkin isn’t just bad sometimes, but consistently. The thing that put me over the edge is that I ordered a decaf (for health reasons) iced coffee and I ordered it on the app and clicked walked in. Thank god I walked in because I watched her make it and she was about to put regular coffee and when I corrected her, she seemed shocked and then said “oh sorry we don’t have decaf right now.” I have ended up in the hospital because I drank regular coffee, and their complete disrespect for details is appalling. Will never go again.

Usually this place is fairly run of the mill alright for a Dunkin, but came in today for breakfast and it’s 25 minutes past opening and there’s nobody even here and it’s still locked and closed. Other workers in this building said they sometimes just show up late because they can.

No wonder there are so many bad reviews!! Save yourself and go to Tim Hortons down the street! This Dunkin has no selection and everything is stale. The guy working is rude and slow. He said they just don’t make most of the items on the menu. No good qualities about this location at all. Why Dunkin allows their name on this place is a mystery.

I love this Dunkin’! Excellent coffee making and the avocado toast with bacon is my go-to breakfast! Crunchy toast, smooth avocado spread and crispy bacon!

Line was super long. Ordered ahead on mobile app and still wasn’t ready. Handed me my coffee, and then forgot my food and just stared at me in the window and had to go make my food. The food was brutally burnt. The employees seemed very disfunctional

Up on arriving at the dunkin’ donuts I wanted to order some food but I had to use the restroom and as a customer I am a strong believer in if you do not offer an adequate bathroom for your gas I will not support your establishment so no I did not order because they did not have a bathroom for their customers when they have adequate seating this is not a take-out dunkin’ donuts that is unacceptable! Ordered 2 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches. They look delicious and sound like a great idea. The Sourdough bread was perfect, soft center with firmer crust, taste exactly as it should. The two eggs were cook correctly neatly placed on the bread. The bacon had a good flavor. So why the 1 star? Well, the menu states the sandwich has “Two eggs, five half slices of bacon and white cheddar on two pieces of sourdough toast”. Unfortunately, the two sandwiches I received had no cheese and only 4 half slices of bacon, and the sourdough bread was not toasted at all. If I am paying for cheese and 5 pieces of bacon, then that is what I should receive. Certainly not the end of the world, but now, if I return to this particular location, I will have to open every item to see if it has been prepared correctly, or if this “cost saving” procedure is still in play.
