I’ve visited many Dunkin’ locations, but this was by far my best experience! Aman was incredibly kind and professional. He recommended the best flavors, made our coffee perfectly. The coffee was honestly the best I’ve ever had! Thank you so much, Aman, for your amazing service and cheerful attitude… you made our day!

I go through the drive thru and get my order. Always friendly at the window. They have been out of tuna lately other than that everything is good.

On this morning of November 19, 2025, I decided to treat myself to breakfast at a local establishment that I had previously heard positive things about. Filled with anticipation for a delightful start to my day, I arrived at the venue and immediately inquired about their enticing six-dollar meal deal, which I had been eager to try. However, as I placed my order, I politely requested water to accompany my meal instead of the usual coffee.
To my dismay, the response I received was anything but welcoming. The staff member I spoke with informed me, rather curtly, that they were unable to substitute water for coffee. This baffling refusal left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Instead of attempting to help me find a solution, he abruptly suggested that I “just order from someplace else.” It was shocking to receive such dismissive treatment, especially over something as simple as a glass of water.
His rudeness did not go unnoticed, and I couldn’t help but feel the atmosphere shift into one of discomfort and unprofessionalism. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of basic customer service in what I had hoped would be a friendly and welcoming environment. Ultimately, the combination of poor attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple request overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit.
As a result of this disheartening experience, I have made the firm decision that I will never return to this establishment. It’s truly remarkable how a single interaction—over a cup of water—can leave such a lasting negative impression. I believe that businesses should prioritize their customers and strive to create a pleasant dining atmosphere, and sadly, this particular location has failed miserably in that regard.

Dunkin donuts have all been taken over by people from another country so you’re kind of treated like a second-class citizen they really don’t want to be friendly towards you and they look at you like you an alien. They don’t want to touch your hands so they kind of throw the change at you and the ice cream scoops are so little but they spend a lot of time talking to each other in their own language.

I usually love stopping by before school, but this location has been disappointing—especially since the revamp. I ordered a Dunkin’ latte and while pulling up my rewards at the window, I asked if I could add something to my order. The employee refused, saying she was “on a timer.” It wasn’t busy at all, and I told her I didn’t mind waiting, but she still said no. When I asked for a manager, they gave me the same response. Customer service should come before speed, especially when there’s no line. I’ll be choosing another Dunkin’ moving forward unfortunately.
Sincerely a Air-force Veteran.

Dunkin’ is a Kosher place! Love the coffee here! Great pricing. I love the Coladas too. Fantastic staff and just great products.

I came here one morning to grab a bite and a coffee to start my day before doing laundry and the only thing I was satisfied with of the two was the laundry. The fact that this particular location sells no meat, which I didn’t know until I tried to order a Bacon, egg and cheese croissant, kind of bites. So I ordered the hashbrowns. The hashbrowns only came with 5 small hashbrowns- LITERALLY! I damn near inhaled it. After I took a breath to let out my frustration, they were gone. My vanilla iced coffee was more so vanilla ice. The whole cup was ice and I took two sips to wet my mouth, and the drink was gone. This is not the location to go to, if you’re hungry or thirsty. I guess that’s my own fault for not sticking with Tim Hortons. #IShouldntHaveCheatedOnMyMain

I hate having to do this but I’ve had more cons than pros at this particular location. The younger employees seem to have the problems, the older ones always make sure to be courteous and friendly. The coffee was not up to par it tasted burnt, maybe it was rushed. And the one to take my order seem to have an attitude as if I was a burden when I asked simple questions about the coffee I paid for. I’m not a difficult customer I never complain but I felt a way with my service and the hospitality I did not receive. Most of us look forward to coffee to either end or start our day so it wasn’t appreciated. I get we have long days and get tired but you know the job you signed up for, do better. Thanks

My drinks weren’t made that great. It made me feel sick after about an hour. I mean nausea & stomach bubbling so bad. I’ve deleted the app, I’ll probably never go back.

One of the probably only fully kosher dunkin’s in America! Oak park, MI has a large Jewish population which calls for the need to have a full kosher restaurant
