Hello, i came in this morning like around 6:15am and ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese muffin and a sugar donut, well glazed according to the big guy associate. He asked if I wanted my donut now or when my sandwich is ready, and i said when my sandwich is ready. He put the donut in a bag and placed it on the counter next to the sandwich station and told the guy that the donut is with my sandwich. I received my order and put it in my bag. I usually eat when i arrive to work. Work was canceled so i came back home. Just now, I’m realizing that my donut is NOT in my bag. I’m upset. I don’t even know how much that donut cost me.

Because I work in the restaurant industry, I try not to complain because I know sometimes things just happen and your order will get messed up. However if the same thing happens 3 out of 4 visits there is problem. It’s like the staff doesn’t really care much about how they prepare your food. I’ve stopped at this location because it’s close to work and I can pop in on the way. My food has been burnt 3 out of 4 times and it’s always the same people working. That’s crazy. The mini stuffed bagels were so overcooked that the cream cheese inside was burnt.

This used to be my favorite spot but since they fired the night shift guy hasn’t been the same. Supposed to be open till 3am now was 24. Fresh doughnuts come in between 12-1 but the guy currently on that shift keeps the door locked and won’t service anyone. Everyone on day cool and pleasant only reason why I gave it 3 stars on service.

I want a refund. Service was horrible some guy up there acted like he did not care to service anyone & was rude for no reason. The drinks are giving diabetes and the donuts don’t taste fresh. I’m done with Dunkin the drinks are always overly sweet or too strong every time like do they not use recipe cards or something? & that picture i haven’t even mixed the drink yet and its so sweet.

I love my coffee today!! It taste perfect. The staff was super nice, telling every customer to have a beautiful day as they left. The service was a bit slow but that’s only because there was only 2 people and one of them was in training, but they were super friendly and it was a great experience. My coffee taste amazing. Will be visiting again!!

came at 10:47 and they were closed, i saw the worker walk out early. i placed a order online and tried to cancel it but didn’t work. wasted the 10 mile drive and 16$ cause staff wouldn’t serve me. bro had the door locked and was behind the counter.
