this is probably the best freaking dunkin in the world LITERALLY the whole world. it’s very consistent on making drinks correctly everyone is so freaking nice.Thank you, to everyone here. I don’t know if anyone will see this. But thank you. None of these people know it makes my whole day every time i come in here and see their amazing smiles. Every morning this one lady i don’t know her name but she has blonde hair around her 50s or 60s i think, i don’t know how to order, I used to get Dunkin a lot, but they would never make it right so I stopped going for a couple years and I recently moved and tried this one and it’s the best Duncan ever I kid you not I will be coming here more often like almost every day i’m writing this review because I hope one person at least from management sees this because I want you to know that you did a good job And thank you for always making my day in the mornings who knew getting coffee could impact someone’s life like that, but it did and I’m so grateful I walked through those door doors

The lady who made my coffee was extremely rude. Also it’s all ice plus the cup isn’t even 80% full. It’s a shame for how expensive these coffees are to be shorted like this. Very disappointed. Took one sip look at this!

Very bad experience at Dunkin’ Donuts.
I ordered 2 cappuccino coffees and waited there for 30 minutes , which is completely unacceptable.
I explained that I was very late for work, but the female employee with long black hair showed no urgency and did not seem to care at all.
The service was extremely slow, unprofessional, and discourteous.
I am very dissatisfied. Management seriously needs to address this issue because this level of service is not normal.
Very slow service and very poor customer experience.

I tried this location for the first time and although the service was great the food was not. I ordered avacado toast with bacon. The toast was not toasted, it was raw bread and they forgot the bacon. They were very busy which is likely why this happened, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I was given a sample of their new coffee, which I thought was cool, but it was cold. So, not the best representation.

I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin donuts near me, and I have nothing but positive results with this location. For starters, everyone is very friendly and helpful for me, especially on the night shift on the weekend, no matter my request they always complete it with no issues. I’ve requested for ice many times and they always help me out.
Food is very good! Always fresh and taste delicious. This Dunkin donuts also has a gas station included with the store, as in it’s merged together, so you can get gas. There is a high selection of disposable vapes, and alcohol. They are opened 24 hours a day and I can verify this because I mostly arrive at the late nights.
As for the morning time, it can get busy. But everyone in is still very polite and helpful and they move as fast as they possibly can. I give all the coworkers high props for the work they do.
As for the cleaness, it’s very clean. Spotless even. They do a great job making sure the place looks neat and nice.
This location is handicap accessible and there is tables to sit down and enjoy your meal as well, in a few tables outside as well. There is a drive-thru where you can get your food or you can walk in.

Got an Apple fritter and a coffee. The apple fritter was beyond my expectation and the coffee was very good. The counter person reminded me of a deer caught in the headlights of a car.
Totally lost, but kind of sweet. Atmosphere was typical corporate cold, but pricing was commensurate with other chains.

I ordered an LG Caramel Macchicato, and my beverages was only 2/3 full. Literally I only had about 3 swallow of coffee. It was very early in the morning I didn’t have any argument in me. I was told by the employee they would give me more milk next time I come for the same beverage. Instead of remaking the beverage. See attached edhe See attached picture

I am in here almost every day. My breakfast sandwich I got this morning was cold. The old woman that works there in the morning has a terrible attitude. My coffee literally was nothing but grounds halfway through it and I ordered an extra large. I ended up pouring out half of my freaking coffee, because I almost puked when I got a mouth full of grounds. Not happy!! I’m a regular customer they just lost me. The manager was supposed to call me back. He never dead so they just lost my business. I decided to give them ago again today 5/15/24 sandwich was ice cold yet again the old lady still works here how’s is this???? I am DONE this time.

I told the girl at the drive through that somebody was smoking at one of the gas pumps. She said “weed”? I said no a cigarette. She said “oh well if it’s not weed that’s ok”. I told her any flame will ignite the gas. She was unbothered. Refused to address the issue further. When I got my iced coffee it was all ice. I’m here every day. Usually I’m very happy with service and products. It was a big disappointment. Not to mention the lack of safety. Just horrible.
