I stopped by Dunkin’ in the afternoon for a quick treat and ended up waiting at the drive-thru speaker for about 5–6 minutes with no response. When I went inside, another customer said she had already been waiting 10 minutes. After ringing the bell and calling the store, an employee finally came out, saying he was the only one there and had gone to the restroom. He helped the other customer first but completely overlooked me until I spoke up—then took my order with noticeable frustration and even snatched the money from my hand. Although with a smile.
It didn’t feel professional or welcoming at all. I understand being short-staffed, but having only one person running an entire store isn’t safe or fair to employees or customers. Sadly, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Not to mention the donut frosting was dry and crusty. Should have just went to the grocery store.

Ordered a cake 3 days prior to bday party. Went to pickup. Employee threw the receipt away and cake was never made. Took 20 mins to contact a manager to see if they could give me a replacement. Took a cake that was cheaper than the one I ordered-already paid online. Cut into the cake at the party, tag said chocolate cake. It was white confetti cake. It was a mess. No compensation or anything.

My coffee was fine.
The person at the window took my credit card, closed the window and opened it again. Handed me a receipt and my card and told me I needed to pay cash.
He insisted he didn’t use the card.
I gave him cash, scraped together by the random coins and ones in my car.

I don’t like buying things where I feel I have to check my card for a fraud alert, and I am not stopping there again.

They dont recognize non profit orgs as tax free even though its a law. Difficult to communicate with register person and manager didnt seem to care

I went there twice, but it was a bad experience. He gave me an underfilled coffee, and I asked for cream, but he said it wasn’t possible. The second time, the order was wrong, and he didn’t understand the language never go there any more

When I entered Dunkin’ nobody was at the front and I was waiting there for a few minutes and I kept ringing the bell and saying excuse me and finally when the guy came out he didn’t notice me so I had to come in front of him and ask to order. When I was telling him my order I asked if they have the Sabrina cup and he said yes, so I was ordering the Sabrina carpenter drink and asked for mixed berry but he was saying they didn’t have any drink like that even tho it was on the menu I had to show him many videos and explain and he couldn’t understand what I was trying to say finally I showed him on the Dunkin app and he made it , then I was asking if they still give the free cup and he said no but told me yes earlier and he said he didn’t know anything about a free cup even tho I saw it in the back,then I pointed at the cup and he said he didn’t know about a free cup and he said he had to ask someone if it’s free so then I waited and then finally I got the cup but then I asked for another because it said 1 per customer and my mom also ordered a drink and I was tryna get her one and she was waiting but he said no. I didn’t really like the service the guy was being a little rude and was really hard to understand.I love Dunkin but the service was not it.

The rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. First he makes my drink wrong (mongo pineapple refresher) so i take it back and tell him there no green tea then he has an attitude about it. You need to be consistent with your beverages and teach your workers how to be friendly? OH, and TURN YOUR DAMN AIR ON, IT’S 95 DEGREES OUTSIDE!

Nice young lady took my order and gave me part of my order. I had to go back to get my coffee and that was a wasted trip. My coffee had so many coffee grounds in it. I thought that they sold me a bag of coffee. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Buyer beware of your coffee.
