For donuts, prices are listed on the glass case for all donuts, with the exception of apple fritters and muffins having their own price labels. No other prices listed for donuts.
When staff finally acknowledged me, I tried to order French cruellers and was told they have an upcharge and cost $0.50 more each. I asked where that was listed, as the prices shown don’t say that, and staff said their sign is missing.
This is the ONLY Dunkin’ that I’ve found has an “upcharge” on the French cruellers, I’ve never run into this before at any other location. It seemed especially suspicious since that “upcharge” wasn’t listed or shown anywhere in the store.
I let the staff know management needs to fix the missing sign/price issue because they’re advertising the wrong price.
Due to the staff’s attitude and behavior towards me, and the extra unlisted upcharge I decided to skip purchasing anything and just left.
