My friend’s family came from Florida, and we were enjoying a relaxed day. We visited a nearby store where Shammi made a perfect sandwich. Her kind attention and friendly approach were wonderful, and she was very happy to serve us our morning coffee.

It’s such a disappointment when I order my usual large Ice Caramel Macchiato, and I don’t get my FULL CUP as expected. Ive. I get the same coffee everyday! And NEVER has this happened at any other location. Although I’ve had problems with this store in particular many times before, today I just cannot continue to take being dismissed and lied to after giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times before. I don’t write negative reviews on companies, I’m very understanding. But today will be my last time spending my hard earned money with this store.

Workers will cut you off when you try to explain your order, very rude for no reason. Will give you a drink WITHOUT the things you asked for, give a basic latte when i had more ordered. They disable their phone number too so you can call the store

Coffee always tastes like mud water. Came in today for the free donut with drink purchase and had to remind the already chaotic cashier about them. Donut was hard and did not taste fresh.

This Dunkin is AWFUL!!! But….. it’s the only one near the office. This Dunkin provides our whole office with entertainment.
Everytime time we come we get the same order but EVERY SINGLE TIME the drinks are different PRICES, FLAVORS, TEXTURE EVERYTHING it’s good usually 2/6 times per week lol

This place sucks like wow who put you here. Waiting like 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee and sandwich. Tear down this Dunkin and use this space for something more useful. I’d dare even say a machine that kicks you in the groin would be a more pleasant visit than getting coffee here.

Never going to this location again spent friking 6 dollars and threw my iced cappuccino AWAY it was all milk and he gave me a cup HALF FULL!! and I said can you put more it’s filled half way he said you asked for light ice I DIDN’T EVEN GET LIGHT ICE EITHER THE CUP IS FILLED WITH ICE AND MY DRINK was filled HALF WAYYY!!

Recently there has been a staffing change that has seriously diminished the quality of product. Over the last 3 visits they have: served my hot drink room temp, served burnt coffee that was only 3/4 filled, forgotten creamer in my wife’s coffee, put the wrong syrup flavor in my wife’s coffee, and had to be reminded about each food item in my order since the girl at the window couldn’t figure out where to look.

Stopped off to use the restroom. We were greeted warmly by the manager. He even gave us his key to use the womens bthrm, bc someone had the key for the mens.
He asked where we were from and engaged us in conversation. There was a dribe thru line, but I thought it was nice of him to engage us and actually everyone who walked through the doors. When I asked for another bag, he gave me one. He was making a drink for the drive-through, assisting his crew. Great customer service.
The donuts were ok. I didn’t eat mine right away. They were drying out by the time I ate mine Food just isn’t the same anymore. Won’t prevent me from ordering food from this establishment. Just nostalgic.

Probably my favorite Dunkin’ ever. I wish I lived closer so I could come everyday, the service is out of this world and the managers are amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and bubbly and helpful. Heck I wasn’t even bothered that they were out of the 2 food items I wanted. And I’m so glad they were because it forced me to try the hummus toast and man was it worth it 10/10 you want to go here.
