I dont make it to the north dunkin much. But I went thru the drive thru early morning.I get my favorite frozen mocha coffee. When I pulled to window and he handed me my drink I was in such shock when he told me he put a heart on my drink. No one has ever did that for me. That little gesture, made me feel loved. That was the nicest thing. It is the little things in life that matters. I very much appreciate the kindness. It made my hole day wonderful. Thank You

Went here to get donuts. Walking in I noticed an extreme lack of donuts in display rack. Chose 6 filled long johns. Thought I was going to get the ones I pointed at, but the woman went to an open air commercial rolling cooler rack and commenced to reach THROUGH,( rather than pull out the tray, ) between two trays, with NO type of foodservice gloves, rubbing other donuts with her arm 6 times. (I ordered six). Makes me wonder what goes on with the donuts behind the scenes. Saw another employee grooming her hair behind the counter right next to the open air cart full of donuts. Discusting and very unsanitary. Get home, to find that NONE of the “filled” donuts i ordered were actually filled. Tasted dry and stale like a 2 week old. Threw the rest away. Wasted money. I will never, ever, put one foot back in this store…possibly ANY dunkin donuts.

had my bacon uncooked ask if they can heat it up they burnt it and was staring at me and then i told them it was burnt and she said it’s supposed to be room temperature, it wasn’t no room temperature it was cold and not fully cooked still had white in it and then got shitty and said i can get just get a refund when i asked them to remake ut and after the refund they asked me to leave because they are in the wrong never go there fr, don’t even know how to cook simple bacon simply asked them to redo it and they burnt it and got shitty w me is CRAZY ppl don’t even know how to do their jobs now of days had to go there 3 times just to make it right which wasn’t even right bc i was hungry but they refused to remake the bacon they messed up on

These people are animal haters. I come here multiple times a week as a convenience and I love the product line that Duncan carries. However I’ll order anywhere between 20 and $70 worth of coffee and they end up charging me for my pup cups. I can understand charging for pups if you go to the line, you don’t order anything else, but a little teeny tiny cup, and a little bit of whip cream doesn’t cost anything but they insist on charging for it. Four years I’ve ordered an iced caramel latte with whipped cream and sugar cream on it they charge me for a caramel craze which I did not order so they can increase the check price.

Went in on 1/1 to purchase donuts for my mom. Was the only customer inside. One doing drive thru, one cooking the hot food, one cleaning, and one mopping floor. One girl said that one would be with me. The one cleaning just kept on going like I wasn’t there,and she saw me too. Got totally ignored. Won’t be back

They said there was nothing to do to make the menu show up when all that was displayed was the last person’s order. So we went in. They waited on the person in front of me, and I stepped up as the next customer was COMPLETELY IGNORED! There were 6 people working and I clearly asked “could someone take my order?” Was ignored and LEFT! I cannot believe I was treated so rudely and ignored!
