The service here is beyond terrible. No one can speak English enough to even get your order right. Door dash orders are always completely wrong. I went in person twice and both times the female who works there is on break and SHOE-LESS on her phone ignoring customers. She sits at the table on FaceTime or whatever..shoes slid off. (Puke) The older man can’t speak a lick of English. I wanted 3 scoops of the same flavor and he tried to add different flavors I didn’t ask for. He threw it back in after not being able to understand me and then got a single scoop bowl so I finally gave up and took what he gave me. I tried hand gestures and pointing at the items and none of it worked to get him to understand what I wanted. I think it was more than a language barrier. I left so angry and annoyed and paid for my single $5 scoop. Someone needs to enforce the break taking girl to wear shoes. She shouldn’t be too hard to distinguish cuz it seems she’s always on break.

Went in on a Sunday morning about 10:00 am. My 7 year old daughter had a gift card and was excited to get some fun donuts with it. Service was rude and inattentive. Workers were more interested in singing to one another than taking our order. Ordered from the limited selection, messed up half the order, and the chai latte was watered down. Based on this experience, we won’t be back.

I’m here literally everyday or my husband is picking up for me. Most of the crew is super fast and very friendly and on top of things. Like the ones that were doing morning shift today. Coffee tastes great!

I normally don’t write a review but I think it’s time to do so. I go to this Dunkin as a loyal customer. But over the past year this shop has gone down hill fast. Warm food is never warm and looks thrown together. Their customer service is alright but very rarely will you get a kind employee, especially if you go inside.
I have been slowly disappointed over the year and I hate that because I love Dunkin so much and try to stay loyal to one location. I think it’s time to find a new place to go to for the future. I hope things can improve, I would hate to see them go out of business.

Arrived at 8:00 pm, purchased donuts for the next morning. Decided to have one when I got home, around 9:45pm. Donuts were hard, un-edible ! I realize they close at 9:00pm, but if the donuts are hard, they should throw them out!

I visit this Dunkin just about every morning! They always have my order ready and I never have to wait! Very sad when my favorite cashier is not there I enjoy her service she is the most sweetest hardworking woman there. Ty Love

Went through the drive thru, it was fast, although all I got was a med hot chocolate, had to pull forward, I could understand if you had to create a special hot chocolate , but mine came out of a machine that mixes it for you!! It cost $3.19, and the cup was not full, see photo!!!
Probably will not go back.

They ignore my request for light ice every time. But this time, she literally said “they might have put extra ice in it but trust me it’s light ice” ☠️ they don’t understand that I’m paying for a coffee and am barely getting any coffee because it’s filled to the brim with ice. I asked for no ice recently and they gave me a cup that was less than halfway full!!! They are scammers
