I’ve made it a routine to go out of my way to go here before work because every single time I’ve went I started my day feeling better cause they are nice people and are somehow smiling at 6am. Definitely not the Dunkin’ Donuts that you remember of the past, but still good serving up several varieties, but not as many as they used to. The staff are awesome and go out of their way to give good customer satisfaction. This is relatively a new location and the staff are younger and several are still in training. They are absolutely delightful and do a wonderful job and making recommendations. They do have many donuts, and of course, they are fresher during the day towards the morning hours, will not hesitate to make sure that you have fresh coffee offering several different options for your coffee as well as iced coffee options, and lattes. They do have a sandwich selection and do much better with breakfast then with lunch options.

I come to Dunkin a couple times a week. This morning I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant and a drink. I get to the window to pay and the manager, which i can’t stand…he gives me the ick…says they’re out of croissants. He asks if I want it on a bagel English muffin or sourdough, which is good to do. But I say no to all and ask for a refund on the sandwich and he acts a little mad about it. What irritates me, tell me you’re out of something before I get to the window so I can look at the menu and decide on something else. This is not the first time they have done this. Its super irritating.
