Every Dunkin can vary on drinks that are customized but this is by far the best time I’ve gotten my drink! It was perfect! The staff were very nice, the building from the drive through looked clean, and I love that there is a trash can on the driver’s side of the drive through after the pickup window! Super convenient! Will definitely be visiting more!

If I could do negative stars I would. Went up there just to be charged $8.97 and get home to see this is all that was in my bag. Just thrown in with no care and not the correct amount obviously. If you want to gamble on getting a decent bite in the AM look no further! Will never be back.

The one con to all Dunkin locations – not just this one – is that they add sugar to their Matcha drinks. Matcha is a healthy alternative to coffee so it shouldn’t have sugar added in my opinion. I think the flavor it also better without sugar. Again, this is a corporate wide issue, not just this location.

Vanilla Iced Coffee and Smores Cold brew were perfect. Husband was happy with his SEC bagel, said he could tell it hadn’t set for a long period of time like at some other places. Donuts were good would love to see more donut options come here but the ones we got were good. Will be back for sure.

I witnessed one employee lick their finger, she was working drive-thru. Same girl was digging in here eye too.
The store was not clean. Crumbs on all tables, floors not swept. My food was not even warm. I will not be going to that location again. Do better Dunkin and Scottsburg!!!
